Our family of 13 celebrated Christmas during our stay. Well stocked kitchen where we made Christmas cookies, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals for the group.
Home is clean and well kept.
Listing stated there are stairs to the main level. I would point out that 3 of the bedrooms are on the lower level and personally was surprised how many times I was up and down the stairs to get something from my room.
Beautiful views. The location is about 5 miles from downtown Sedona which we ended up really appreciating. The one day we went into Sedona the traffic congestion was terrible with the holiday guest volume. We could get everything we needed in Oak Creek without dealing with the Sedona crowd.

It was a great location to get to all of the places we wanted to go for hikes and wine tasting. Not nearly as crowded as Sedona is, yet close enough to get there easily.

This house was fantastic for my group of 7 women. The house had everything we needed for cooking (pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc.) We enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub. Check in was easy & communication was great! The location was perfect for our weekend needs. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience!

Looking out at Bell Rock can't be beat. We sat on the balcony and watched lightning and stars. The master is amazing, with a luxury bed, and spa shower with rainhead, side-jets, and regular shower head.
Even the shampoo and conditioner and shower gel were premium. Two story plan gives everyone space. Great kitchen, well equipped.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The house is beautiful and offers everything you need. The views are amazing and I think we all enjoyed sitting in the living room and just looking out the windows. The house is in the Village of Oak Creek, but it is just a short drive into Sedona. We enjoyed being in this nice neighborhood. The Kel Fox Trail is just a short walk from the house and it has some nice views. Bell Rock is just minutes away by car.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. We ate most of our meals at the house. The table on the deck was a very pleasant place to enjoy our dinners. There is a grocery store that is very close by.
The house is close enough to everything if you have a rental car. We were pretty active in the morning and then enjoyed coming back to the house to relax for the afternoon. The hot tub was wonderful in the evening and after a nice hike.
The five bedrooms were comfortable. My husband and I had the second bedroom upstairs and really enjoyed the view. The adult children had the bedrooms downstairs. They very much enjoyed the gameroom and having their own space.
The owner was very responsive. I would defintely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This was our first trip to the Sedona area and we loved it. The house fit our needs perfectly. The owner thought of so many nice details like the games, ping pong, and everything you could need in the kitchen (with labels so it was easy to find). The view off the back deck is AMAZING. The master shower may have been my favorite part. I’m not sure we’ll be fully satisfied with our own shower after using theirs. The house was a great find for us. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.

Perfect home for a trip with extended family. We loved how large it felt and appreciated the game room and downstairs living area as a bonus. We saw a bobcat, quail and heard coyotes one night -- very neat. Nearby to Oak Creek village and property had spectacular views. Property manager was very responsive.

This property was just as advertised! It was a fabulous home for the wedding party to stay together and host others for socializing! Fully equipped, great communication - special touches - the air on and running and music playing as well as more supplies than we usually encounter in VRBO rentals which made the stay more pleasurable. Grocery service for a fee made a hectic weekend of wedding activities less hectic. the icemaker was not working but a countertop replacement helped us get started before stocking up on ice bags. All in all a great experience for our friends and family at a very special time. Thank you Donna and Lory!!

Amazing Sedona Property
We had a wonderful time at this awesome property. Our family of 8 was incredibly comfortable in this spacious and well-appointed home. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. I especially loved that every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen was labeled with what was in it. So convenient and efficient! Donna and Lori were very easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions we had. The view was breathtaking and the neighborhood was very quiet. This was our first visit to the Sedona area and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

We unfortunately never got to stay at this listing. The owner called us the night before our trip and said that she double booked us somehow. I didn't want to give her a bad rating on the house itself since we didn't get to see it. I don't think that would be fair. We did lose out on the trip though since everything else that could hold us was booked up. We also had a personal chef that was nonrefundable as well as wine tastings, transportation and other restaurant reservations that had to be cancelled. The ladies had to take time off of work and get babysitters to take this trip. I'm sure this wasn't done maliciously. It was just an unfortunate circumstance.

Great house, Great views!
Overall our stay was amazing! The house was even better than it seems in pictures and felt very spacious, especially on the top floor. They made the check-in process very easy and they had all of the necessities needed for a great stay. They were very responsive via messages and sent us a lot of great recommendations of things to do (hikes were great). The hot tub was easy to use and we sat on the porch often throughout the day. The view of the rocks from the patio was absolutely beautiful and they had a large yard as well. Having 3 full bathrooms was a big plus for a large group. The only thing we realized was we were a bit further from downtown Sedona area than we thought and with only one road it could take a little bit of time. Uber was very difficult to find (although that is everywhere in the US right now), but we were able to call a mini van service for one night and drive as needed for the others. Overall we would definitely stay here again and had an amazing time in Sedona!

We had a girls weekend in Sedona. 8 of us stayed very comfortably at this property. It was clean and in a great location for hiking and getting to town. Donna was wonderful in providing suggestions for hiking, yoga, a chef and any other questions we had. Definitely recommend!

We stayed about a week here with another family. The property was really well laid out for 2 families, great views from the kitchen, living room, and deck. Especially in the evening as the shadows moved across the rocks. The ping pong table in the garage was a big hit as was the hot tub. Kitchen, deck and grill were laid out really well, the local grocery had a great selection and we prepared some really nice meals.
The only downside was traffic going to Sedona - we were surprised at how congested it was some days, but it was spring break, the busiest time of the year there I believe.
We'd stay there again, absolutely.
