Nestled in Huntington Beach, this charming villa for $435 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Stunning contemporary designed villa less than 2 miles from the beach, Pacific City, and Main St. Newly renovated, private entrance, gated community, recessed lighting throughout... Large open concept living space, large outdoor private patio space with a grill, and all the supplies you'll need to make it feel like you are at your home away from home! Laundry, fireplace, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a community pool right outside your door. Come see for yourself, would love to have you! This villa is newly renovated with all new cabinets, counter tops, lighting, flooring, carpet, appliances, and more throughout. Large open concept living space with a kitchen island, dining area, a fireplace, and a smart TV with basic cable for a cozy family feel. The couch folds out to a full size sofa bed. There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has a king bed, an attached bathroom with a shower/tub, double vanity, and 2 closets. The second bedroom has a king bed, large closet with shelves, and the bathroom with a walk in shower right outside the door for convenience! Both bedrooms have smart TVs with basic cable (option to login to your own streaming devices). The hallway is where the laundry (supplies provided) is stored, with many cabinets for keeping your belongings! Step outside the sliding doors to your private large patio. A comfortable outdoor patio set awaits, a couch and chairs, and a grill for your use. Throw the ball with the kids or play tag in the yard, this space (which gets great sun) is the perfect hangout spot. Want to go for a swim? Right outside the patio gates is the community pool. Shared between 13 other units, this pool is open year round, although it is not heated. Feel free to use the pool furniture and lounge for hours while enjoying the beautiful California weather! There is plenty of free street parking right outside the villa. Want to book the villa next door? It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath — it is called “Huntington Highlight - Pool, Patio, Close To Beach” Guests will have access to the entire villa and a private backyard. The condo is on a community property with a shared pool and property grounds We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! This villa is close to everything! You are minutes away from the grocery store, many restaurants, Pacific City, Main St. and the more. This villa is also under 30 minutes away from local big attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. San Diego and Los Angeles are about one hour away. Looking to rent a boat, or go on a boat tour? You are about 10 minutes away from rental shops in Newport Beach that can take you on 2 hour tours, or even to Catalina Island for the day! You will be provided a welcome book inside the unit which has favorite local attractions, restaurants, and more! Huntington Beach has plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more. Let’s start off by saying Kay is such an amazing host ! She kept in contact with me through our stay with any questions my family and I had even it was little she would get back to us asap . Her home was beautiful , very simple but cozy . My family and I kept saying it was a perfect size for us not too small nor too big it was just right . We loved everything about the house , down to the bed omg it was so comfortable ! The rooms were so spacious , loved the bath tub in the master bedroom . A deep tub was a nice touch and the flooring throughout the house was really nice . It was nice surprise that the living room couch was a pull out bed as well we didn’t know until we had to find the remote lol . But yes this home fits 6 guest , the area was really nice as well . We were surrounded by so many plaza down the road , they have so many shopping areas too . It’s very convenient if you just want a stay- cation and not go anywhere . Because there’s so many food options all around you will not run out of options . But overall Kay was so sweet to my family and I . Every single one of us said this place felt like home for us . Not to mention she had so much essentials that was needed that we didn’t need to buy . Her home was well welcoming and prepared ! Like the bathrooms had mouth wash , shampoo and conditioner's as well as body wash and her kitchen had so much seasoning to cook with we didn’t need to buy any . Overall Kay’s places will become a regular staycation . Thank you Kay !

Quiet - comfortable - clean - interior like recently built - easy to get to from airport - 5 minutes from PCH - 5 minutes from restaurants - bars -shopping. And 5 minutes from the beach and Huntington Beach Pier. If you are looking for a Home away from Home this is it!!! Perfect for family of three - four or five.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our son’s wedding at the Newland House. The place was spacious and comfortable. The fireplace didn’t work which was a bit disappointing because the weather was chilly. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Convenient location for our visit. Very clean. Well furnished and supplied. Parking was a bit annoying. Hard finding parking nearby when we arrived. Hassle having to move car due to street cleaning and made finding parking nearby difficult.

Property is still being renovated. Many things did not work: fireplace, TV and one lamp in smaller bedroom, hard to figure out TV channels available in living room due to weird listing on screen. Noise from street is bad. Plumbing is very loud throughput unit, especially when master bathtub or shower is running; drain plug in front bath sink missing and plug in bathtub leaks so not usable. Floor tiles in entire unit are ugly and very hard und feet. Barstools are ridiculous and basically unsafe. No floor board trim in front bath. Only one key to front gate is very inconvenient. Parking on street was never close making check in and check- out somewhat difficult. In summary, unit is not up to standards we expected for price and VRBO property.

Overall the property was nice. Kitchen, the coffee pot wasn't the greatest, same with the pots and pans. we enjoy a well stocked kitchen we cook. The refrig made noise, a low hum all the time. There was no vacuum cleaner. There was no ac, we were lucky it was not a hot week. It was a lot of work figuring out the air flow, what windows to open and close, to keep the condo comfortable. The front bedroom opposite the main bedroom was extremely hot in the afternoon, even with the fans on high and with the window open. The back patio was great though a few umbrellas would have been great. Also someone was smoking on the patio and left a coffee cup with water and old cigarette butts in it , removed and cleaned. The pool was nice. Note one of the fence pickets was hanging loose at the top we used dental floss to secure it so it would not break off. I would rent again if improvements made. Thank you

My husband and I were very happy to find this place! We were vacationing in California with our two sons to enjoy the beach and a day at Disneyland. It is in a great location close to both of those, as well as many restaurants and stores. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. It also has a nice backyard and common pool area to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again if available for our future travels!

This newly remodeled condo was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again someday. It is only 2 miles to the HB pier, but is also close to the great restaurants on Beach Blvd. (We LOVE Baci!!) It was only about a 20 minute walk to the beach, but only about a 5-minute drive. The condo was very neat and clean and the private backyard was artificial grass with some patio furniture and a cornhole set, if you choose to use it. I would definitely recommend staying here.
