The location is fantastic. Downtown Dubai is the nicest place to stay, in my opinion. Lots of buzz in the area. People walking on the boulevard, great restaurants, a 10-15 minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Dubai fountains. The apartment was perfect for my two nights in Downtown Dubai. Key collection and return was very easy. They have convenient parking too. Given an opportunity, I'll definitely come back. Keep it up Sandra and team!

The MOST comfortable and soft bed/pillows/bedding exist in this flat! They were better than most of the beds I slept on in five-star hotels!! The flat looked exactly like the photos and I loved all the facilities and the wardrobe space. I also liked that it was within walking distance from Dubai Mall. When you exit the building, there are delicious restaurants on the Boulevard at your doorstep. The WIFI was fast and never disconnected and the balcony was big and lovely too. The host met me at reception to show me the flat and how to operate the key, which is not a physical key or key card but rather a pad that you enter numbers on to unlock the door. Love it! Highly recommended.
Because the flat is located in Downtown Dubai, you can still hear cars going past late in the night; however, the bed is sooo comfortable that you fall asleep straight away.

Amazing location. Apartment is very spacious, clean and super comfortable. Huge plus to have the balcony. Not a view of Burj Khalifa but wonderful view of the street. Great stay! Feels like home. American style living and comfort.

The apartment felt like home. Everything you needed for a long stay was supplied, the apartment was very clean and of high quality.
The fact that the unit is situated in such a convenient place within the building made it even better. The enclosed garbage chute is literally accross the hall, with the swimming pool and gym on the same level. And all deliveries you needed (groceries, take away etc) delivered at your door.
It was so comfortable.
All I can say is location location location
But the best for last...... Thank you Faisal for looking after us and supplying such great service.

Faisal, the host to this room was great, he ensured we were totally comfortable and got everything we needed. The rooms are quite big to my surprise, it had the comfort of a home. Me and my friends had amazing time in the heart of Dubai. Great place!
