POOL SAFETY: There are 2 interior doors that will allow you access to the pool. One door is located in the primary bedroom, the other door is located in the living room. Each door has a lock, and an alarm that can be activated. The alarm is very loud if set off - and we recommend all families with children under 12 set these alarms as soon as they enter the property. The living room door to the pool also has a lock with a key (key is located in the tray in the front hallway) that can be left locked at all times if needed. PLEASE NOTE: This property is someone's home. The owners spend time at this home themselves and have put their heart and soul into the renovations. The walkout basement has undergone an upgrade to include a family room with Smart TV, sleeping space with full bed and full bathroom. This space also has a large dining/game table and a full kitchen.
