Perfect for a family vacation getaway with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The home next door, Tickle My FanSea, is available for rental as well for those needing more room. This home is adorned with elegant coastal décor throughout. The open and inviting living area is comprised of two large sofas and two accent chairs with plush pillows, all made for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite sports team on the wall-mounted TV with Amazon Prime TV and Movies and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious high-end countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, a regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the unique wooden dining table with seating for eight and an additional four at the bar. Take your morning coffee out onto the balcony and start the day off by taking in the sea breeze. The first guest bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom is made up of a vanity and tub/shower. Guest bedroom (BR2) is furnished with a King size bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. The check was easy and informative. The house was everything as listed. The location was excellent. Would definitely come back. We had a few minor issues that were handled quickly by management. Wouldnt rent a house without a golf cart if coming to this area. The private heated pool is a nice bonus.

The house appeared clean and equipped. My daughter sat on the bed and it collapsed. Luckily we were able to fix it and no one was hurt. There were clothing left behind the couch outside along with glass from broken outdoor lights. Had to sweep that up before someone got cut up. Food and debris left under the coach. While looking for my granddaughter ball. Management did what they could ; but housekeeping needs to address under coaches and the outside as well. Oh. And the waterfall in the pool would only work intermittently. I don't believe we will return.

This property was everything we expected! It was clean, well equipped, although I would suggest providing a dish drying rack and dish drying towels. The outside area was perfect for the family to enjoy. We appreciated the beach toys provided for our three Grandsons to play with. We loved the pool, and the boys spent a lot of time in it working off their energy! 😊 Every drawer and cabinet was labeled- what a great idea! We hope to return!

There were some cleanliness issues with the property and there are some suggestions. Bring your own pots and pans even though they have them there. The pool was heated in the summer time and it's 50 per day to turn that off. There was trash and food under the beds and sofas, also the mattress had stains. Also there are no instructions on how to control the AC while you are there so ask for that before you get there. Other than that, I would go return because it's a lovely property but they do need to ensure it's cleaned better. I also understand it's peek season but I would like the place to be cleaner.

A nice place to stay with family. Kids had a great time. Only thing I suggest is anyone the uses a keugin coffee to bring theirs or the place provides one. Great location and enough room for everyone.

We had a great stay! The hosts were quick to respond. Always helpful. House is immaculate. Decor is perfect. We enjoyed the pool. 5 minutes to beach, restaurants, IGA, and convenient stores. Comfortable mattresses. 3 King beds - loved this! Pool and patio area were a relaxing place to hang out. LOVED!

The Floppy Flounder was the perfect place for our group. Close enough to walk to the beach, and the pool/outdoor space was great. The house had a very well stocked kitchen and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfy. Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay and having a heated pool for the kids (ages 6, 3, 3 yrs). The property is close enough to walk to the beach, which was very family friendly. One issue was BBQ on property was old, broken and unusable. It needs to be replaced. This was disappointing since we had planned meals intending to use BBQ.

We had a great stay in this house. The kitchen is well equipped and the home is comfortable, clean, and very new. We loved the private pool and lounge area under the house. We had babies and toddlers with us and very much appreciated the toys, books, games, crib, high chair, and kid-friendly plates/cups/etc. The house is close to the beach and only downside to the location is that 11th street is a pretty busy street. We would definitely rent this property again!
