All the good things about the house outweighs any bad things. Spacious, brightly colored home. 3bedroom and 3baths was perfect for our group of three couples. Very hot water with good pressure. (Water heater could probably be turned down, the water is hot enough to burn. Beware.) Nice outside private shower, perfect for washing off beach sand. Short walk to beach. Outside seating. Large dining table to support family meals together was a plus. Good Wi-Fi. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for our next one. I will recommend Dibbs
The downstairs bed could be upgraded. It had hard sheets, felt like low thread count sheets. Dated bathroom, not bad because not much time spent in bathrooms. Bathroom door was hard to close. There is no television in this bedroom, which was not a issue for us, but if you watch TV in bed, it could be small detail missed.
