*Family cabin with lots of room! Fresh interior paint! *3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2 car garage. Total square footage is 1717, making this one of the largest cabins at Bridges Bay. *Extra paving was added in the driveway for additional parking! *Everything is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 12 people! * 6 daily passes to the Water Park at Bridges Bay are included with the rental, with additional passes available to be purchased at a discount rate! *Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, oven microwave, coffee pot, toaster. *Master bedroom is on main floor with King size bed and large closet and full private bathroom. *Washer and Dryer and half bath are also on the main floor. *2nd bedroom is upstairs with King size bed. *3rd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (twin over full) Full bathroom upstairs *Large loft area with a large couch with ottoman. *Spacious backyard with concrete patio, patio table/chairs and grill. Walking distance to private fully stocked fishing pond. *New Large Smart TVs and internet included! *Bracco Waterfront Cafe and Island Bar on-site with live music during the summer weekends. *Access to the kids arcade and outdoor play structure at Bridges bay * No Smoking and No Pets allowed. This was the perfect house for our ice fishing trip. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We will be back! The hosts were great to work with!

Our family enjoyed this property as it accommodated the needs for our family. Comfortable bedding, comfortable couch and furniture. the kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, extra parking spot for a third or fourth vehicle. We have rented other houses at bridges bay/Boji, and this one was the best equipped and the most comfortable seating.

Would definitely recommend. Our family satyed for wedding at Gull point state park. It was easy to get, easy check in. House wa able to accommodate 11people. Would definitely come bac!!

We stayed here with our family of 9. We had plenty of space for all our children and grandchildren. The yard is nice to be able to let the kids play and the short walk to the water park was nice, even for our little people. The hosts Kim and Frank are great! They were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Overall great property!

Bedrooms & Two Full bathrooms + 1/2 bathroom was Very comfortable & Convenient for the Four Adults that stayed.Location was Good because it was a Short drive to Arnolds Park and Restaurants. Nice Ammenties in Kitchen for Cooking and Gas Grill a plus.

We had never used a VRBO before so we didn’t know what to expect. We were highly impressed by this rental and will definitely use it again for our next family trip to Okoboji! We had 7 adults and 3 children and felt comfortable in the cabin. Two of us slept on the couch upstairs. There was also enough towels and pots/pans for a 4 night stay. We appreciated the working dishwasher and coffee pot! It’s close to the dumpsters as well, which saved us a long walk taking out the trash.
The hosts were amazing and very responsive! We ran out of propane on the first night and the host reimbursed us and informed us of where to go to get a full propane tank.
The only negative we encountered is that the vents in the upstairs bedrooms did not work very well, so it did get toasty at night upstairs. Other then that the place was perfect!
It was a much needed family trip and this property helped us to enjoy it together in one place!

We love Bridges Bay and this is our 4th time staying at the resort. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and this unit was the best yet. The 2.5 baths, loft and open lot for kids to play made for a perfect location. We loved having a pool across the street and the water park within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location, clean condo, great area for kids. One issue that we didn’t ask enough about when we rented. Our older daughter uses a wheelchair and we had a difficult time turning a few corners. And it didn’t fit through the bedroom door but we managed with her walker. She couldn’t access the shower in the tub so we used the shower facility at the indoor water park. In the future, we need to ask more questions about this kind of access.

Overall nice cabin and stay. Would highly recommend new baking sheets and few pots/pans. Several with rust and very scratched. Not healthy for anyone to eat off or use for cooking. A mirror in upstairs bedroom would be a great addition. Overall clean and worked well for our few days.

We really enjoyed this property. Everything was as described in the listing, and the loft with an extra couch/TV came in handy. The best part is it's a stand alone unit with attached garage. That made the everything easier vs. a condo. Would definitely stay here again.

I stay at Lake Okoboji five times a year and found this to be the best place thus far that I have rented . Kim and Frank are amazing they are super attentive ,super responsive getting back with you if you have questions . The cabin was perfect for what we needed I have three teenagers that were competing in sports during that week and they were entertained , even though there was not much to do in the vicinity we found a lot to do . This is a great place very accommodating dating very spacious and the beds are amazingly comfortable for a rental unit . it’s provided everything that we needed to have a mock Christmas there away from home we will definitely be back and will be fans for life of this Cabin and Frank and Kim thank you our family is very appreciative

For us this was a last minute getaway. The owner was quick to respond and provided all necessary information in a timely manner. Cabin was great for space and relaxing. Beds were comfy and tv options were great for shows and movies. Would stay here again.

We are just a couple of guys that come to Iowa every year or so for the pheasant hunting. This place was a perfect spot to rest and recuperate between long, tough hunts. The hosts were very communicative, check in and check out were a snap. Highly recommend.

Our 2 families enjoyed staying here so much! It’s the perfect location for families with children since it’s so close to the pools, water park and restaurants! Very good location close to the bridge as well so getting around both lakes is quick! We will be back for sure!
