Come enjoy beautiful Holden Beach and bring your boat to Dibbs on Holden, a charming and spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront home right on the canal. You will find a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area with plenty of seating, a living room, and a bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs there is a large sitting area with a TV and two bedrooms. Relax on the covered back deck overlooking the canal or enjoy dinners on the sun deck with an attached floating dock. There is also an outdoor shower and sink. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: Dock is 20ft x 8ft with cleats and a ladder. Driveway can fit a boat trailer. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Love the layout of the house and beach accessibility. Really like that linens and towels were provided, one less thing to pack. Nice outdoor areas, decks and under the house. Loved that the area under the house was completely gated so we did not have to worry about children escaping. Everyone was also impressed with the outdoor shower
Would suggest that they add trash cans to bedrooms and upstairs common area. Also a ladder would be nice for the canal dock. The kids like to take a dip off the dock but could not do so because getting back on the dock was too difficult.

The house have everything you need.

The location of this house was prime. With 2 kids under 3, one parent could stay at the beach and another could walk back with a baby for nap times. Very easy to come and go.
Food Lion was close to stock the fridge and every utensil and cooking item we could need was present in the kitchen.
The house was very clean, so I didn't have to worry about the baby crawling on the floor.
The only thing that could have helped us would be a kid's step stool for the bathroom sink, but this was by no means essential.
We enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was well stocked. Living areas were nicely spaced for our group of 7. House was very clean. Short walk to the beach. Outdoor areas were super, well furnished. Even included dish and laundry soap as well as some paper products. Food Lion 10 minute drive.

We had a wonderful vacation. The location on the back water was great, we just wish the fishing dock didn't have damaged buoys and was more stable. There was plenty of room for everyone and the inside of the home is beautiful. The outdoor shower room was perfect. The kitchen was very nice! We wish that for the cost to rent this house that it would have had at least one king sized bed, but we made the queen work. The TV in the upstairs living room never would work so that wasn't great at all being the separate living rooms for each family was one of the draws to the house. The bathroom door on the lower level sticks, and is hard to open and close but again, we worked around it. Overall it is a beautiful property, it just needs some minor upkeep.

This home was clean, decorated tastefully, and well-stocked. The furniture was pretty and comfortable. It was spacious and the outdoor spaces were an added bonus. I highly recommend staying at Dibbs on Holden.

First time staying in a canal home and it was a truly great experience! The home is beautiful with lots of space for everyone. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the canal. The under house seating is also nice when it’s a bit too windy on the upper porches. Beach access is a short walk right up the street, very convenient location directly across the road. Lots of little extras in the home such as books, games, smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and really comfy couches on both floor’s family rooms! Beds were nice and comfy as well with the added plus of a bathroom for each bedroom. A grill would be the only thing I’d suggest be added to make this house even better. Overall a really wonderful home!

Wonderful stay at Holden Beach
Had a wonderful stay at Dibbs on Holden. The house was perfect. Only a couple of steps away from beach access with access to a private dock to the Intercoastal waterway. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and definitely recommend to family and friends

Quiet and Peaceful
We had a wonderful time staying at "Dibbs on Holden". The home was spacious, peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved the outdoor seating, the fenced in yard for the children and the close proximity to the beach. My three year old cried when we left and my 70 year old father stated that he "had the best vacation ever". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.
