The listing was just as described. The golf carts were a bonus. Great location. Lots of kids beach toys, pool toys, corn hole, exc.. The house was comfortable for 8 adults and three children.

We enjoyed this house so much! It was perfect for my sister's 80th birthday celebration. We would book here again for sure!

This place was as good as it gets. The process was flawless and probably the best communication I have had when renting. The place is well located and having the golf carts was a bonus! The house was really well stocked. The host was amazing. I can’t say enough about that. We had a medical emergency on our last day and they went out of her way to help us out. We look forward to coming back.

We have been visiting several vacation spots over the last several years and this was by far the best place we’ve been. The house, city and weather were perfect. Everyone says they want to come back.

Great property right in the middle of everything. The house was clean. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots and pans for cooking. The two golf carts made rides into town and the beach very fun. Great house, we would rent again if in st. Simons.

House was perfect for our large family vacation - very spacious, beautifully decorated, centrally located. Owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here with four long-time friends. The entire house was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The two golf carts were a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

So beautifully furnished throughout the home. All the rooms were big w room to spread out. We had 10 w 3 little boys so much activity going on. Since it was Christmas week, I put up a 7' tree artificial so the big kids were able to decorate before the 3 Littles showed up. Lots of fun w nerf guns outside competition, adults vs kids, Yes we won. Totally furnished w all items to stay, beautiful bedrooms W comfy beds & pillows & throws througout/ bathtubs for the littles and paper goods to get you thru the few days. Kitchen fully stocked up as we had each family make a meal of choice so we all had a little break from preparing but certainly many takers for sharing.Great that the fireplace was gas, a little tricky getting started but was able to return all the logs I bought. The weather was very very cold so unable to use the pool & and golf carts but definitely a winter wonderland after Santa came. The owner Megan was easy to reach along with Beth on ck in details and we were all able to get in much earlier to get unpacked. A definite winner for sure. Enjoy 😉

Incredible experience for 3 families with small children (ages 1-6). Lots of kid friendly supplies, great pool toys, golf cart access and central location. We had the best time!

This house is great! Amenities were as described and then some. This house is ready for your vacation down to the kid’a supplies! Communication with owner prior to arrival was fast and informative. Close to beach and golf carts made it easy to travel around the island. Will definitely book again!

The property itself was very nice. Beautiful decor. Great pool. Not far from the beach, pier, restaurants. We weren’t sure how we would like not being within walking distance of all these places but the golf carts ended up being a huge bonus that the kids were excited to jump on and go! Overall, a great experience. St. Simons had a less busy, more relaxed feel. Much prefer over Hilton Head.

Village Sea House is the perfect family vacation house. We had 7 adults and 5 children (ranging 9 - 15). I have stayed in larger more expensive houses and smaller, less expensive condos, and this house was, without a doubt the most thoughtfully appointed. They provided everything we could have needed, from beach bags in every closet, to multiple types of coffee maker (and milk frother-- nice touch), to the coziest throw blankets, floor pillows, etc. The house was clearly designed by a family for a family. The home design was exquisite -- looked like a catalogue shoot for Serena & Lily -- such a beautiful coastal aesthetic. The home was spotless on our arrival and the only time I had to reach out to the property manager, they responded within minutes. The internet service was spotty -- but we were there for the beach and the company, so who really cares? The location was AMAZING! Less than a mile to the beach or the Village. And the inclusion of the use of 2 golf carts for the week made access to restaurants and public beaches so much easier (especially for the busy 4th of July weekend when the island was packed)! I really can't say enough wonderful things about this home. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The house was fantastic! Beautiful inside and out. It was well stocked with things to take to the beach (toys, chairs etc.). The golf carts were really fun. I cannot think of anything we didn't like. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much for having us!

Excellent all around!

The house was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and well appointed. My family enjoyed every aspect of the home, whether sitting in the great room, relaxing and reading in the sunroom or swimming in the pool. There was enough space for everyone and little touches such as labeling of items, restaurant recommendations and even a huge pad of paper and easel for playing Pictionary made for an easy, fun and relaxing vacation. The beach was a short distance from the house and the use of the golf carts made it easy and fun. We look forward to coming back soon.

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO houses at SSI over the years and this is hands down our favorite. So new and clean and huge. You can tell the owners put alot of time into thinking of ALL the things. It has a lot of bedrooms and so they did a great job making sure there was TONS of glassware, silverware, plates, and also huge dining table and outdoor table too. We appreciated the TWO included golf carts (they were nice and new!) and the heated pool was a big plus. It was in a safe & new neighborhood. Highly recommend!

There were 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 children, under the age of 8 yrs. There was plenty of room for all of us -- which makes it ideal for a large group. The pool is perfect, we had it heated. Children were in it daily regardless of the air temperature. The whole setup made it so easy for each one of us to relax and really enjoy our vacation.
