Lugar estranho, escuro, sem janela de ventilação, mal cheiro nos quartos, não avisa que tem subir tantas escadas e ficamos por falta de opção.

La ubicacion es muy buena aunque la entrada al lugar se ve muy fea, nota que están arreglando el piso.

Ubicación ideal si el motivo de la estancia es para visitar la ciudad. Cama muy cómoda, y limpio en general. Ideal para gente joven. Servicio muy amable y fácil de comunicarse con ellos por Whats App. Comentar que el último día, nos dejaron guardar las maletas allí, aun habiendo hecho el check-out, durante todo el día, ya que nuestro tren salía a las 17 y estuvimos toda la mañana y mediodía paseando por la ciudad.

Slightly confusing on booking.com as there are two hostal Andrea’s and I got sent to the wrong one.

Lack of sound isolation: there was too much noise at night by the reception and corridors, which made it hard for us to fall asleep. The reception works from 1pm to midnight so, there is no availability to leave your luggage there and start visiting the city, in case you arrive before that time.

Great location. Simple clean room. Good value for money

Very small bathroom in the triple room. No elevator and hostel at their floor, very challenging for older people with luggage. Hostel didn’t allow us to cancel the first night for free, blaming it on booking.com, although the policy is that free cancellation is at the discretion of the hotel, although we had added an additional night previously.

The location was the best and the kind lady that is in charge.

The toilet bowl had a leak and it was very close to the wall so when you were seat there was uncomfortable, there were several stairs, so it's not recommended for people with mobility problems.

The girl at the reception was awesome, very nice and friendly and the location was great too

Location is great and the staff super friendly

Poorly maintained. The bathroom/room walls had severe water damage with mold. Bathroom pipes also mouldy, I complained and asked to be moved but they offered no alternative room or compensation. The room is badly sound-isolated and you can hear literally everything from adjacent rooms and corridor.
