Personale gentile ed accogliente, disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione buonissima e servita direttamente in camera. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Very friendly staff and very clean room. The Whirlpool was nice, but some functions where already dead...

The Sauna was in the middle of the room, but you had to pay extra to use it

Lovely stay and great staff. Helpful and allowed us to check out late without any hassle. Also checked in really late but made sure to personally check us in and answer any Questions we had.

The place is designed for sex. It has all of the features of a sex room (mirror on the ceiling and everything...) . It was a bed surprise for us. The room had a sigarete smell which is bed. The shower is open to the room - no privecy. Bad location. 25 minutes drive from the center, no easy public transportation available.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere. Very relaxing. I absolutely loved the in-room (huge) whirlpool tub and sauna. It was like having my own little spa to relax and regroup.

There’s a famous sulphuric volcano nearby that smells a bit and the area outside the hotel is pretty industrial, but I was inside so none of that was a real bother.

Location was a little far from everything and it did smell abit weird in the area, but it was a lovely stay.
