we paid for 21k for 6nights and it’s not worth it

the location

expection vs. reality. expected that it is clean like the other oyo hotel but not they do not have free toiletries and the bed has no red accent. it was plain. also the brown blanket is too small for two person. the towels has rust stain. also the aircon it not well maintained because it has foul smell. They have a restobar downstair and the guest is too load at night

It has a pretty good location with a quiet neighborhood.

Value for money. Spacious room.

I didn't like that we're charged for an additional hour; we're made to understand that the stay is 24 hours, no matter which time you checked in.

Stay ruined by creek beside apartelle

The staff were very nice. When I asked for a room change they were quick to respond. Friendly waiters. I also like the cold airconditioning. Also, the restaurants outside (brew and jiggers/eggstop?) We're very convenient and the food was pretty good and affordable. It was really convenient as the ambience was really chill dining outdoors. Our two dogs were also able to run around happily.

- It wasn't pinned properly on Google Maps. Their signage was very small in the main Street. Had to ask around and even locals weren't as familiar with the place. - first room (103) we checked in was horrible -- weak AC which didn't get better despite being left on turbo for hours w/o people in the room (had to leave for a few hours). The room smelled like smoke and the restroom wasn't as clean. The kitchen faucet was also faulty. - when I asked to have the room changed, I thought our problems were done. The new room and my other room were finally cold. But as me and my family settled in for the night (we were one room apart), a strong pungent smell permeated through our rooms. It was the putrid smell of the creek beside the apartelle. It was so bad that it took us a while to be able to sleep. It smelled so bad that we had to check out a day earlier than our scheduled date. So yeah. That ruined the experience for us completely and I wouldn't be able to recommend solely for this reason. Sorry guys :(

Good choice dito sa Laguna, for its price talaga namang sulit

Traveled to Laguna to attend my cousin's wedding and etong Jade hotel yung nearest hotel. We were amaze sa lawak ng parking. nag allot talaga sila ng space to ensure na yung mga guests nila will have ample space to park their car. Sa room naman, okay din sa amin na may small table and chairs for 2 sila para comfy kung kakain ka. may sink area din na malawak and actually pwedeng maglaba

Very budget friendly accommodation. Staff are also nice and accommodating. We so love the room because it is spacious and there are free bottled water. The best din ang parking kasi malawak.

Disappointing

I like the place and some staffs.

I didnt like some staffs. They are not approachable, you have to approach them first before they act and greet you. Front desk is not that nice

the place was quite good for its price.

the towels seem to have iron transfer marks on it making it look used. you still have an option to use it or not.

it is new, the room was very spacious and very clean. the location is peaceful and easy access and big parking space.

Clean and tidy

Water supply or pressure was very low it took us some time before we can take bath or shower. there was no vanity kit in the room we need to request from the office desk and was told if it's an on line booking they don't normally provide.
