About this villa rental
Located in Xàbia, this attractive villa for $1,599 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. During the past few years, La Finca has been transformed from a Spanish farming estate into two luxury, fully equipped adjoining villas. The water well and old Tosca stone walls, however, have remained, as well as the citrus trees – a testament to La Finca's hundred year farming history. With 15 renovated double rooms La Finca is suitable for groups from 15-34 persons. The two adjoining villas have their own kitchen and dining room but are always rented out as one place. Taking a step outside your rooms you can take a dip in your own (heated spring/fall) swimming pool, relax in the Sauna, have a siesta under your own palm trees – and why not enjoy a drink in our new outside “barbeque area”. The property has its own villa manager who lives in a completely separate private unit on the premises, to make sure that the property is in top condition. The villa manager will welcome you to your holiday home and is always reachable if you need assistance during your stay or if you wish to be given recommendations and information about the local area. Our two villas are located but a stone's throw from the Mediterranean town of Jávea on the northern part of the Costa Blanca. The lush, green landscape is host to one of Europe's best year-round climates, and with a mere hour´s journey from both Alicante and Valencia, the trip to La Finca puts little strain on both schedules and wallets. Supermarkets and dining: There are several stores nearby for day-to-day grocery shopping needs. The closest is Mercadona, a mere 2 kilometres away, on the same road as La Finca. In the historical centre of Jávea (1,5 km away) you will find an indoor market where you can explore and sample your way through freshly caught fish, meat and fresh vegetables. If you wish to take a break from the kitchen and grill, the area also boasts a wide range of restaurants from the Michelin 2-star BonAmb to the local “Casita Paco” within a comfortable walking distance. With the help of our catering company you can even book paella nights, barbecues, and other mealtime arrangements. Jávea: Jávea (or Xabia in Valenciano) is the jewel of the Costa Blanca, combining beauty and modern facilities with the charm of an ancient fishing village. Although popular, Jávea does not get as crowded as some of the other Costa Blanca resorts and will suit those looking for a quieter holiday but still with plenty of facilities. Jávea is situated on the most easterly point on mainland Spain and is framed by the foothills of the mountain peaks of Montgo and Cap de la Nao. Thanks to the Montgo Mountain barrier, Jávea is sheltered from the continental cold winters and is blessed by sea breezes in the summer. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, natural parks, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Jávea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Beaches and Attractions: There are no less than 13 beaches in and around Jávea, every year awarded with the blue flag of the European Union. The horse-shoe shaped beach of the Arenal offers a sandy, friendly beach with restaurants, bars and play areas for children. There are also several small coves with pebbled beaches located in unique secluded places, such as the paradisiacal ‘Granadella’ and ‘Portitxol’. The house was what we needed. We were 22 and we celebrated an anniversary.
The owner and villa manager manager were on the premises but we never crossed and they did not disturb us at all.
Cons:
-Taking the rubbish to public garbish bins ourselves. I think that after paying 500 euros only for cleaning fee, it should be covered.
-little far from town
-a little overpriced.
- images should be updated.

- Lots of toilets, clean, very complete kitchens.
- we asked for barbecues and they bought two new ones for us.

The facilities were well equipped, the pool amazing, and communication with the owner was spot on. We’d definitely come back.

A nice property, although slightly disappointed with only 1 oven and 1 dishwasher working this week. Rules on using air conditioning a little frustrating. Everyone likes their own personal temperature. Pool only cleaned once during our stay. Lots of room and cleanliness was good overall.

Great villa for a large family holiday. We stayed for a week. We hired cars which are essential if you want to get about and visit the area and for shopping as we were a large group and eat a lot ! Had a paella night which was cooked by Bob and his team which was great, lovely food , I would highly recommend. Pool great size and everyone enjoyed it

We really enjoyed our week. We had a couple of minor issues which were cleared up very very quickly. The kitchens were exceptionally well equipped. We had chef Bob cater for us 3 nights with excellent delicious food and service. A god send when self catering for 29.
Plenty of shops bars and restaurants down in Xabia/Javea but you do need a car.

A fantastic stay in this lovely villa.in good location just a short drive to the beach. The pool is a great size and temperature and perfect for fun and games. All the rooms are nice and clean, and situated around the pool making it a cozy and sociable environment especially with the use of the bbq. The slight concern mentioned regarding the capacity of the air con did not impact although we were only 17 people. I understand this may no longer be a concern now anyway. All in all perfect villa for us and we had a great time and loved Javea. Communication was good throughout. Would visit again for sure! Thank you.

Loved the villa so much would definitely recommend
Couple things that were annoying is that we didn’t get told prior to our visit that we wouldn’t be able to use aircon in the bedrooms another thing was we got told to hire a car to take the rubbish to communal bins so I would definitely recommend a car hire for people who might not be as mobile
Taxis were there in 10 mins and come all at once mostly the owner was great at communicating once we got there anything we needed he was there

Stunning location. There were 22 of us though it says sleeps 30+ it would only be possible if people willing to share rooms - there are sofa beds inside rooms and half the rooms share a bathroom. The cost was a lot not to have more ensuites. We were not able to heat the pool or have access to the sauna due to electricity shortage in the area,so if that is important check first. We had expected better situation for bins, towels and toilet roll for the price. Otherwise it had all the utensils and cooking /dining kit for large groups with plenty of fridge and freezer space. However if you would like a real BBQ please ensure you request this as.on the photos it shows two with the gas bbq. The showers were generally good. If planning to visit other areas it is approx 15euro for taxi to Javier and 30 to Denia. Not sure what it will be like when the manager will be living at the property.

A fantastic experience!
We wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Lodewijk for letting us book La Finca. It was such a wonderful experience and all the guests commented on how fantastic a space it was for our corporate retreat. A thousand thank yous also to all the wonderful service providers Lodewijk put us in touch with!
Bjorn (Manager)- he was exceptionally helpful, always anticipated our needs and got right into it - no request or task was too big or too small and he did it all with a smile on his face!
Bob (Chef) - the food and service was great. Bob used really great quality ingredients and the sausages and ribs on the welcome night, received rave reviews!
Diane & her crew (Cleaning) - they were so sweet and very thorough! They managed to get the villa cleaned on both the days in record time, while the sessions were going on so as not to disrupt our activities - an absolute gem!
Keith (Transportation) - was brilliant and did more shuttle runs than we'd anticipated - he was always so sweet and bent over backwards to ensure that none of our guests were stranded and that they all made it in one peace!
We are eternally grateful because without Lodewijk putting us in touch with all these wonderful individuals, we wouldn't have been able to deliver our event to such a high standard - the feedback has been so overwhelming and we've already started planning the next instalment :)

A BRILLIANT AND MEMORABLE WEEK!
La Finca is a superb place. It more than lived up to expectations, which were high after seeing the website pictures! We were wowed the minute we walked in. Our 28 family members and friends with an age range of 21 to 82 had totally fantastic week there. The kitchens were very well equipped, and all the rooms were lovely. Excellent showers...pool area ones were especially good. The location in Javea was such that there was something for everyone regardless of age. The young ones went off jet skiing, snorkelling, quad biking, climbing, walking etc. Shopping, beaches. sightseeing, pool games (often very competitive!) or just chilling---all great! We all ate together in the beautiful pool area most evenings. Weather was perfect. Good choice of supermarkets nearby. Try the Jalon Wine co-operative for bargain 5 litre containers! (a scenic ride out!)
We all agreed that a week was nowhere near enough!

Good venue for a business mini-break
The venue worked great for 9 business colleagues on a Group get together. The villa has lots of rooms and can easily accommodate many more (all rooms have at least twin singles), but with 9 everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom.
The villa is well stocked and owners communication was very good.

The best place for cycling teams, privacy and teambuilding in one place.We start our season in beautiful La Finca and have everything we needed. Good beds, great kitchen, perfect showers.

A perfect place
We were a family group of 25 persons ranging from 2 years until 85, celebrating my mothers 85. birthday. We had a perfect week in a beautiful place. Everybody had a very good stay.

Perfect for the big family
Comfortable and well-kept house with plenty of room for the big group.
The pool area also works as meeting place and dining-room. The town Javea provides beautiful surroundings, beaches for swimming, a number of good restaurants. The children in our group loved the kittens in the shrubbery by the parking place and made good use of the table tennis equipment. All through the booking procedure Magnus Quensel was very helpful and answered our questions quickly and competently.

La Finca is a perfect place for a group of about 30 persons. It was well-maintained and a lovely place to stay at. The manager provided very good customer service. We enjoyed the pool and the table tennis, the kitchens and the rooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable. Everything suited us very well. We visited the market in town, which was nice. The whole group visited Acqua restaurant where the food was tasty and the service was perfect. We had a great week at la Finca.

We have stayed at several places and can say that La Finca is one of the absolute top properties we have tried. Rare to find this quality in south Europe. It is easy to drive to all the different beaches but it is a bit far to walk to the port or to the sandy beach. Next time we will arrange with more cars.

En helt fantastisk vecka har vi precis spenderat på La Finca. Vi blev välkomnade med kindpussar och vin. En resa med 22 stycken 16 åringar och 5 vuxna. Ungdomarna har lagat mat i köket och grillat ute på gården. poolen användes flitigt på kvällarna av alla. Allt på La Finca var jättebra för oss. Rummen var bra och det var rent. Mysigt med alla fruktträd på gården. Det låg bra till för utflykter åt alla håll. Nära till mataffär och stränder. Stora utrymmen. Vi hyrde 3 st 9 manna bilar som vi körde runt med. Hela semestern var underbar och jag vill definitivt rekommendera La Finca. Kommer hemskt gärna tillbaka. Magnus har varit tillmötesgående med information innan bokning.

40 year celebration part with family's
I can't imagine a better way to spend a holiday than being able to gather family and friends in a nice and warm environment that La Finca offers!
We where 15 adults and 12 small kids, and everybody loved it.
We arranged with a chef that came to La Finca for three nights - fantastic food with to a descent price!
If you have the opportunity, visit La Finca with family, friends or your management team for a conference!

Perfect place to relax and party. Clean and fresh!
We celebrated my 50th birthday here at La Finca with our 28 closest friends. The place is perfect to gather good friends and have good times together.
I recommend a short walk to the old town Xabia a Sunday when there is a market and promenade at night otherwise.

Beautiful
We celebrated my Mam's 80th birthday recently at La Finca and had a fantastic time. The villa was exactly as described on the website and allowed everybody their own space and privacy aswell as allowing us to be together. It was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and the pool maintained to a very high standard by Bjorn (villa manager). I would certainly recommend this villa and if we ever visit Javea again we'll definitely go back to La Finca.

The house was great

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Finca! The house was just as nice as the pictures promised :-) All the guests got privacy, and we had plenty of space around the pool. We have already started talking about repeating the visit :-) We would recommend a trip to Valencia to other guests and eating tapas in the old town of Javea!
We do not have any concrete suggestions for improvements, the house was great!

Our wonderful stay at La Finca
My wife and I can honestly say that we had a wonderful stay at La Finca last month. We stayed there with approx 24 guests for a long weekend to celebrate our birthday and found everything to be near perfection.
Magnus and Bjorn were wonderful hosts and assisted promptly to every request, both for the villa and others. I can honestly say they have thought of everything guests need.
The only recommendation we have is for the pool to be heated so can be used all year round. Asides from this, we can confidently call La Finca an excellent villa and fully recommend for anyone considering a group trip.

Perfect accomodation for my big family (in law)
La Finca must be the perfect place to accomodate a large group as my wifes family. We counted 29 persons, and enough space for everybody. The rooms were cleen, and easy to keep so. We did spend a couple of days in Javea, but as one of the aunts said "I can`t wait to get bact to the house and lunge by the pool with my book".
Bjørn, the local caretaker, came to help us with every need we had. (We even called him Sunday night to help with the Wi-Fi, and 10 mins later he was there..)
He could also provide good advice on the local sights, and hiking in the area.
I made 2 trips made two hikes to the local mountain, and hold the family record of 20 mins to the top, and it is a really nice hike.
The last day of the stay we participated on a low key bull arena in Denia 10 mins away. There we ran with the local boys in front of some very angry bulls, a perfect round up on a wonderful week.
It is very likely that we will revisit La Finca another year.

Perfect place for group of families
”Vi var här 2 fantastiska veckor i juni 2012 för at fira min 50-årsdag med våra barn, föräldrar, syskon och syskonbarn (27 personer). Fina och fräscha rum, badrum och kök. Genomgående fina färger - ljust och ”hemtrevligt”. Riktigt bra madrasser i sängarna och individuell luftkonditionering i alla rum var perfekt efter en solig och het dag på stranden. Härligt stor pool med bra vatten. Mycket plats att umgås på den fina innergården som ger säkerhet även för de mindre barnen. Restaurangbesök i Javéa, grillkvällar på La Finca, fotbollskväll på baren nere på stranden, cykling i branta backar, fiesta i Jáveas gamla stadskärna, fantastiska stränder – här finns allt. Björn som sköter huset är en pärla! Han kan fixa allt! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka” Tina & Co från Varberg, Stockholm och Limhamn

Relaxing stay
Clean, fresh, no smell of fungus. A very welcoming space in the midle of the buildings with a pool area that is made for kids. In the kitchens ALL the utensils are there. You do not risk of standing empty handed when cooking. Comfort of beds and bathrooms are very nice. The standard of this finca is five stars all the way thru.

Very pleasant surprise!
I stayed at the Finca with 17 other friends. The place looks rather anonymous from the outside, but is a real gem on the inside! Tidy and nicely decorated rooms and modern bathrooms are rounded off by two well equipped kitchens. The patio provides good space for leisure time and pool activity. A living room provides some indoor space for days when the weather is less perfect or for a good card game.
There is a washing machine for the urgent cleaning of clothes and after our visit there are some brand new table tennis equipment (raquets and balls) for the outdoor table located in the front patio (the net just needs to be replaced for a good one :)
We had cleaners come in every day to bring the place in order during our day activities, which proved invaluable with such a large group on location. Additionally, we had a catering company come onsite, preparing the food for us in the evenings. The result was really excellent and we could spend the time talking and socialising instead.
The owner of the Finca is a friendly, reliable and easy going person. If you are looking for a place in a setting that is more quiet and less busy than the usual Costa Blanca style, you are up for a pleasantly memorable stay at the Finca!
