About this house rental
Located in Cody, this lovely house for $217 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to our home in Cody, Wyoming. This 3 bedroom 2 bath end-unit townhouse has been completely updated with new bedding and furnishings. This home is well equipped for a large family, 2 families with children or 2-3 couples. We have a port-a-crib available for the tiny one. It is just minutes from downtown Cody and Shoshone River access. The main floor features two bedrooms - one with a king bed and 32" Roku Smart TV, and the other with a queen. The basement provides a separate large recreation room with a large sectional couch and a 43" Roku Smart TV, and large third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) for kids or singles to bunk up together. The kitchen is well-equipped with new dishes and wares for your cooking needs. The dining table seats six, with additional casual dining nearby at the coffee table in the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back patio while enjoying the mountain views. The Shoshone Riverway Trail Access starts just outside the rear yard gate. Here you can enjoy picnicing, fishing, hiking, biking walking, rafting, paddle boarding, and birding. There is one onsite parking spot in the driveway, with several additional parking spots next-door in the cul-de-sac (single-bay garage can also be rented upon request for an additional fee). We were in town several days for a hunting trip. The house is at the end of a cul de sac, very quiet, grassy park type area next to property that was great for our dogs. House had a great layout, good climate control, and comfortable mattresses. Would definitely stay here again.

We flew West from the Deep South to introduce our grandsons to Yellowstone and The Grand Teton National Parks. Cody WY was an add-on adventure. Our accommodations were perfectly suited for our group of 5. We all enjoyed 2 nights of rest and warm showers. Even our clothes were washed and dried. Great collection of books for young and old … especially enjoyed the short stories by Tom Hanks!

How wonderful seeing a selection of story books for children in downstair bedroom !
We really liked how there was no tv in upstairs main area so could visit without distractions. One was on bottom floor in comfortable den for enjoyment with plenty of seating.
Would recommend this home to anyone who wanted to be close to East entrance of Yellowstone. The 50 miles to park has been named most scenic in America!

Having 2 living areas is perfect for families only wish there was a tv in main floor living area. Clean and close to all Cody has to offer. Good communication with the host.

We had a great stay in Cody. The house was very clean, comfortable, and there was everything we needed to fix a quick meal after a long day on the road. The kids loved having their own space in the basement. It is within walking distance from the downtown and its stores and restaurants.

We had a great stay for the wedding we were attending. The house was very clean and the host did an amazing job with communication. When we did have to reach out she was very timely and extremely helpful.
The kids loved the separate basement area.
The location is very central and very easy to get everywhere we needed to be.

I'd booked this sweet place for my boys (35 & 25), sister & I, wasn't disappointed in the least! Lots of room for everyone, yet cozy at the same time. Very much like home. Was great having a washer & dryer, that's very handy to have! We were all very sad to leave, since we'd all lived there in town years ago. Would happily do it again!

Clean, quiet and well stocked rental that fit our family perfectly. We were in Cody for hockey games and this rental was perfect for a family dinner and resting up in between games. It was also close to the rink which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Came to town from Alaska to watch our son play jr hockey. There were 7 of us and house was perfect. We cooked and hung out and had plenty of space. Host Julia was awesome and very accommodating! Thank you for having us!

This was the perfect location for our trip to Cody and Yellowstone! Close to many shops and restaurant and the river. We spent most of our time driving over to Yellowstone or other nearby hiking trails. Easy to get back and forth, and we enjoyed staying in Cody where there were more restaurants vs. staying closer to the park where there was virtually nothing.
The house was clean and comfortable, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. Great communication before our stay. We arrived late at night and had no trouble getting in and settled. The beds were very comfortable, and the house has a great amount of space.
Highly recommend Cody Steak House for dinner if you visit! Grandma's for breakfast was good too.

This place was great for our family of 8. The basement is finished and has a living room and full bath down there along with 2 bunk beds. Our 5 kids had a lot of space. Beds were comfy for us adults too! We loved the patio area and fenced in yard. We were pleasantly surprised with the extras such as crockpot, seasonings, trash bags etc. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great week in Cody!
We stayed here for a week and had a great time! The house was clean, very well stocked and plenty of room for our family of 6. It is a duplex, but we hardly even knew the neighbors were there. We had no issues at all!
We visited Thermopolis one day (Hot Springs State Park), Yellowstone one day, and Red Lodge Montana one day. All great adventures!
Highly recommend renting here!

Great location. Just what we needed
We were in Cody for a working vacation and this duplex was exactly what we needed. Located very close to downtown with easy access to Sheridan Ave and walking distance to the river walk. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors were very kind and quiet. The only thing I would add is a crock pot. We were gone during the day the week we were there and it would have been convenient to be able to have a quick dinner ready but overall we had nothing to complain about! Thank you Julie for making our stay comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Cody! The home was very clean and decorated very nicely! Wish we could have stayed longer than one night, but we were just passing through on the way to the Badlands!

Short and sweet stay
This was a clean house. It worked well for our needs with our group of 8. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was close to the Cody Night Rodeo, which was convenient for our stay. I wish the cabinets were labeled in the kitchen. We would stay here again.
