The master bedroom offers a king bed, full sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and a private bath with stand alone shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a large flat screen TV and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has 2 full over full bunk beds, a large flat screen TV, as well as its own private bath with shower/tub combo. The living room also offers a large flat screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa and a half bath. The high-end kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, gas stove-top, double ovens and plenty of seating around the bar area. Just steps from the main kitchen area is the coffee bar. Grab a cup of joe and sit on the back porch that overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound. It's a great way to start any morning. This home also has a very nice front loading washer and dryer set. We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house had everything you could need to get you through the week. The shower in the master bedroom was the best shower I have ever took on any trip. The only downside was the internet never did work properly and had problems with the lights downstairs. Would definitely return to this house if in the area again.

We were in town for a CrossFit competition and 14 of us stayed! It was great and the place was so nice and accommodating! Everyone agreed they wanted to stay again for this trip next year!

One of the best homes we've rented in Pensacola Beach!The house has a great layout! It is beautiful and has access to the community pool, sound and gulf is just across the street. The garage area is massive with a tiki bar, tv, ping pong table, any many more fun things for a family to enjoy. The only downside, there isn't a covered area for sitting outside. We have already booked it for next summer

We had such a great stay! The house was close to the beach and the bay side. We had easy access to the trolley stops. The house looked just like the pictures, it was beautiful and clean. All of our guest had plenty of room. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We would recommend this house!

Nice house, very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach- but not too far away! My only suggestion would be in the two queen room is to have one big mirror in the bathroom instead of two smaller ones. Since there are two mirrors and not two sinks and only one sink you cannot see in the mirror.

This rental was everything we could have hoped for! Extremely clean, beautiful kitchens and bathrooms, awesome decore, amenities, and supplies. Although we brought towels, there were plenty to accomodate the family. We would definitely stay here again and again. Looking forward to our next visit and booking!

The house is adorable. Loved the fire pit and the ping pong table. Was a bit surprised that it was smaller than it appeared online. I was relieved some of the planned guests did not end up joining us. The check in process also required that you stop at an office in town to both pick up and drop off keys. Good information for those traveling that may not make it during business hours. Some of the rules are a bit different than other rentals as far as what needs to be done when you leave, so make sure you read the card. Beds were comfy and the beach theme is cute. Loved that there were board games available.

Beautiful house!!! Several areas to sleep even though there are only 3 bedrooms. The big surprise was the size of the family room downstairs that let the kids be away from the parental figures for awhile - it was huge! Nice area away from all the crazy traffic too! I also echo others in saying how clean it was! We were initially concerned about the check in time due to our area getting dark at 5pm and we were allowed to check in much earlier. We really appreciated this!

Every part of this process was incredibly easy! Friendly staff, prompt attention, and home was absolutely spotless. Listing pictures were accurate and it was perfect for our large extended family. Large kitchen made cooking easy! Easy access to a community pool! Easy across the street access to the beach! We loved the area and will always vacation here in the future.

Beautiful, relaxing trip
The house was beautiful, in a quiet area, very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable, master shower is great! Perfect place for 2 couples to share with an extra room for the kids. We had a wonderful time.
The only downside is that the downstairs/underneath where the ping pong table and tiki bar are, has a very strong mildew smell, making it unusable. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of.

The house was really nice and clean. I loved how closed to the beach it was. We had some trouble with some stuff not working but we called about it and then they someone over to handle everything so I have nothing bad to say. We enjoyed our stay overall and would have stayed longer if we could have. Thank you. 😊

Pensacola Beach started out as a stopping point on our way to Sarasota, Fl. & on our way back home....but we fell in love with the area & now it’s a destination! So we went from staying in a beach hotel room to renting condos.This was our first time renting Ensenada Marbella 30 - we really enjoyed it. The floor plan, the wall colors, the furniture, the coastal decorations, appliances - wonderful! Once you walk up the exterior stairs the home is on one level. The view of the Bay from the living room is nice & having the patio to sit on to look at is great! You have a gulf side view from the glass door in the entryway & that’s beautiful. We loaded our car with our beach buggy, chairs & all things needed for the beach & turned right or left to park at a boardwalk nearby. You can also cross the street & walk on a dune path - we did both.I can highly recommend renting this home - the subdivision is small & nice to take a walk in to look at the cute pastel colored homes. This is only the second home we’ve rented on the bay side - normally we prefer beach front, but location & the home being so nice we don’t seem to mind it.I must say though that no rental is perfect, but I believe in reporting any issues so they can be corrected. I appreciate being able to rent this coastal home from the owners, but I do want to stress that hospitality whether a hotel or house is so important for us as the renters - please always remember that! The house was beautiful! The view was amazing and there was plenty of room for family. The downstairs garage had a slight smell but aftering opening the garage door to let fresh air in you couldn't smell it anymore. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and appliances you would need. We did see a baby roach in the bed and also a roach in the dressers which was unpleasant but it didn't take away from the enjoyment of the home. I would recommend pest control before guests arrive. I would highly recommend this space for family and friends to get together. You won't be disappointed. Plenty of seating at the long island and plenty of parking in the cul De sac. We will definitely stay here again.

The unfinished basement was perfect storage for our beach gear and not only included a fun tiki bar and a giant Jenga game, but a ping pong table was also delivered and set up at the beginning of our trip which provided even more entertainment. We would definitely highly recommend this house!
