Good location. Off road parking was a bonus. Spacious accommodation which was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glassware and cutlery.

Needs a little TLC in some areas. Door and window locks not all working properly. Kitchen floor a bit uneven. We only used the main bedroom and the fitted bottom sheet didn’t fit and rolled up in the night.

Self catering, location was good. Could be exceptional with a lot of T.L.C. not much maintenance done. plenty of hot water.

1- Outside-needs a gardener, block paving full of moss, general maintenance, table/bench filthy. Bins covered in hundreds of flies. 2- Front room-no instructions to operate electric fire or TV, window does not lock at the back, no visitors or household information book. Some furniture not assembled correctly. 3- Kitchen-draws need a good clean, had to wash several pots/cutlery before we could use them, sink taps need marking for hot/cold (work wrong way round), sink drain keeps blocking (had to use plunger under sink 4 times during the week). 4- Bathroom- no toilet paper available on arrival, window does not open/shut, will not close fully, silicone sealant around base of shower is black needs renewing, small shaving mirror broken stand. 5-Bedrooms- single bed duvet dirty with dog paw prints, single/bunk beds poor quality mattress. 6- Doors- most needed some attention, handles not operating correctly, catches sticking, had to push on some to close latch, not a good handle as you could trap your fingers. Generally needs a good sorting out to be a 4/5 star rating, at the moment I would rate it at a 2/3 star
