Plus an ensuite bath with DOUBLE sinks to make getting ready a breeze. Free Amenities & No Resort Fees! Cleaned & Sanitized using CDC guidelines. * Fully Stocked Kitchen * Stainless Steel Appliances * Keurig & Coffee Pot * Washer & Dryer in the Condo * New Furniture Throughout the Condo * Fresh bedding, pillows & mattresses w/encasements * Free WIFI w/Fiber Optic 500MB/S Internet access * 50 gallon Hot Water Heater for Extra Hot Water For your convenience, I provide an initial supply of necessities, including starter soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry soaps. Once these items have been used, you will need to replenish them for your own use during your stay. The Resort Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees. The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Our stay at Aprils unit was more than we expected. From the beautiful furnishings to the complete availability of essentials in the unit, it exceeded our expectations. The unit is exactly as pictured in the photos and the water park and activities in the visitors centre were great for the kids. They especially loved the glitter tattoos. The property was wonderful. It was tastefully and stylishly updated and very clean. Well appointed with games and kitchen essentials. TVs were very new. Location was perfect with everything being very easy to get to. April, the owner, was super helpful and welcoming and very easy to get in touch with. I would recommend this property to everyone.

The unit looked exactly like the pictures online. Very clean and updated. Ms April made herself available to help and answer any question that I had. My girls really loved the bunkbeds in one room so they could stay together.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo (9 nights). It’s tastefully decorated providing a nice homely comfort feeling and with very good attention to detail. Location is superb, and quite close to the parks.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was just as pictured/described. We booked with very little notice, which we appreciated very much. Most importantly, it was very CLEAN!!! The location is great- quick drive to the Disney and Universal properties, plus stores and restaurants nearby. It is obvious that the owner cares about the property. Great experience!

Our stay in April's condo was amazing from the check-in, to the beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and wonderful location with close access to everything, yet in a quiet, away from all of the traffic of Orlando. We all enjoyed the comfort of stay from the beginning until we left. I would recommend April's condo to anyone . I know if we are back in the area, we will most definitely book it again.

I can not say how incredibly impressed we were with this property. From the time of booking until the time of checking out, April went above and beyond expectations. The condo is very well kept, and April helped make our stay stress free! The amenities were great, the pool was very nice, and the convenience store was also an added bonus while enjoying the pool on a hot summer day. Would 100% recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone traveling in the area!

We stayed in April’s condo for 5 weeks. Best vacation ever. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean. The beds are so comfortable. Everything provided in the kitchen that we needed to make our meals. So much room. April responded quickly to my texted. Loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. The resort is so close to shopping areas and to the theme parks. Just a great place to stay. Can’t wait to stay here again.

From the moment we booked until we left, communication with April was immediate. Her home was decorated beautifully and she left so many supplies for us to use. My grandchildren loved their Mickey room and due to Hurricane Nicole we had to spend one day in the condo. There were so many games to play, we were never bored. April left some treats for the kids and they were so happy to have them. We will definitely book this condo again. Many many thanks.

We had an amazing time from start to finish! Pool is within walking distance from the condo, we brought a wagon to hold all of our stuff, towels and pool toys. We had family and friends come on the weekend to use the pavilion and enjoy a cookout together. Just the cutest little place for 8 people. Kids all loved the bunk room. It was great to be able to some laundry while we were there. Just an overall great place which we throughly enjoyed our week long vacation.

Perfect home away from home!
This condo was clean and decorated so cute!! The couch was super comfy and all the tv’s had Netflix available. They had all the essentials in the kitchen for cooking and eating!

Place was very clean - had a lot of extras in terms of supplies and kitchen utensils. A lot of towels too and toilet paper. Many condos you rent have the bare minimum not this one it’s stocked

A Magical Vacation made more
Our overall experience was fantastic! The condo was located close to the main gate and the pool, both of which were nice with driving to the Disney Parks every day and having young children. The condo was fully stocked with any amenities you could need and communications with April was very smooth. If you’re looking for a more cost effective way to enjoy the Disney World Experience I recommend choosing April and this Condo!, we will definitely be staying here again when we return to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
