About this house rental
We are excited to share our new beach house with you. This two story beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main level features a spacious kitchen that has everything you will need for your stay including a large pantry to store all your items. The dining area has a 8' table with 8 chairs perfect for dining with friends and family. The living room has a large sectional sofa with a 75" HD Vizio Smart Cast TV. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. One room has a king size bed and 55" smart TV. The second bedroom has a King size bed and private bathroom with a spacious shower. The upstairs has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a spacious bunk room that will sleep 8 people. It has two twin/queen bunk beds and one queen bed. The second room has a king size bed and an entry to the top level deck. This rooms comes with a coffee station to enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck. Crystal Beach allows you to drive on the beach, make camp fires, or just enjoy the sun. There are golf cart and kayak rentals close by. Only complaint floors were not very clean upstairs and all bunk room bedding was sandy upon check in.... probably due to renters before us checked out past time. Kandi was amazing to rent from, responding quickly to all questions. House looks small from outside but HUGE inside! Love the kitcken organization/tags for easier identification of pots and pans! If we do another multi family trip we will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our stay! We come to Crystal Beach every year with our family and this house so far has been our favorite. The setup was perfect and very close to the beach. We were able to put the kids upstairs and adults downstairs. Kitchen was nice and open so there was plenty of space for all of us. House was very clean and Kandi was awesome to work with! We will be booking again.

The house was beautiful! Clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed for a large family. Perfect location too! The owner was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond when the upstairs AC had issues. It was the middle of the night and she still made herself available to try to troubleshoot the issue. When nothing worked, she came herself to try one more thing but to no avail. But she had someone out that afternoon and it was fixed within minutes! The fact that the house had an AC for upstairs and downstairs meant we still had a cool place to sleep in the Texas heat!! Will absolutely stay again next summer and would not hesitate to stay at any of the owner’s properties!!

Perfect place for our girls getaway. The beds were comfortable the place was spacious, plenty of bathrooms and bonus that it is a short walk to the beach.
We had a slight problem with the A/C but the owners were quick on communication and we were never uncomfortable.
Definitely a favorite and we plan to return next year!

The property was clean and beautiful. This was our first time to visit Crystal Beach and we really enjoyed it. The location to the beach was perfect. I have told many of our friends about the place so hopefully it will lead to future rentals. I would recommend this place to everyone. Can not say enough great things about it.

We loved this beach house for multiple reasons. It was super clean, beautiful view, very spacious, walking distance to beach, check in and check out was super simple. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for your hospitality.

A Great Getaway Retreat!
We had an amazing week staying at Beach Haven! It was such a beautiful property and had everything we needed available! The owner was super sweet and helpful, she even sent us suggestions for fun events happening on the island while we were there. Will definitely stay here again if possible!

Amazing Location, Beautiful House & Superb Trip
The beach house is spacious, very well maintained and superbly clean.
The moment we entered the house, the first reaction was - Wowwwww
It’s right next to beach, just 2 mins walk and you are on the near and clean beach.
House is spacious and kids loved the bunk bedroom. It’s very well maintained, and everything was super clean.
Host is very responsive and provided all the information we requested. The response was almost immediately.
Overall it was an amazing trip for us and would surely recommend this place.

New Property
The house was new. Unfortunately, when we arrived the toilets, floors, closets, and stairs were dirty. We only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a house that is supposed to sleep 14 people. The house is also very loud. If someone down stairs is talking is echoes throughout the house. The location is very close to the beach. The top balcony has a beautiful view.

The house was immaculate and the host was very responsive. The grass did need mowed, as there were quite a bit of mosquitoes around the property.

Great stay
The place is wonderful. It is close to the beach. The house is new and very clean. The decorations are beautiful. We enjoyed staying there for the week. We had 11 people and it was perfect. I loved the upper deck in the morning. It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you

I found it beyond odd that there were NO LAMPS on the side tables, esp in the bedroom: if you want to read a book to go to sleep, only option is your cell phone or 4 ceiling lights like headlights of a car on BRIGHT blaring at you. Lighting is so important to ambiance! Same in the living room. So bring your own lamps?? Others in our group in rooms with "memory foam" mattresses complained that they could not get comfortable, sinking down in the foam which engulfed them. Overall, very enjoyable and next time guess I'll bring a reading light!
