Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation at "Dune Just Fine", our beautiful beach home located in the Village at Nags Head, sound-side. Enjoy all of the great Village amenities with your stay, including access to the Village Beach Club which offers a large swimming pool, kiddie pool, snack bar, bar, restrooms, and private beach access. Play tennis at the beach club, or a round of golf right around the corner - we are within walking distance of Nags Head Golf Links. Enjoy a walk to either of the two neighborhood sound-side piers to watch beautiful sunsets! This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals & snacks. All bedrooms offer comfortable bedding and smart TV. Towels and bed linens are all provided, and beds are made for you. Bedrooms: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin Bunkbeds, 1 Queen Sofa bed. Enjoy breakfast on the deck before heading to the beach! In the evening, play some corn hole or darts as you grill out on the charcoal grill, or grab seafood and have a feast on the picnic table. Dune Just Fine is surrounded by great restaurants, good shopping, and fun things to do! Do it all or relax and do nothing!

We had a great time. The house is clean and well stocked with laundry detergent, cleaning supplies and hand soap. There was a minor hiccup with the AC, but the owner was very responsive sending someone to repair it the next day. Overall we had a great relaxing family vacation!

Very nice, convenient to beach, well stocked, clean.
We found it was not walkable to the beach because you have to cross a very busy highway to get there. Also it may have been listed but the pool closes at 5:00 p.m. that was very disappointing as I am very sensitive to the sun and swim at night. We had a nice stay.

We had a wonderful time at Dune Just Fine. First impression, it was very clean and inviting. Bob was a great host, very quick to respond and help. The house was fully stocked and we appreciated everything it had to offer. Loved the location with private pool and beach access. Our families made great memories, we loved our stay here while visiting the OBX.

The house is in a very convenient spot, short drive away from the pool and the beach access. Made it super easy especially with kids. Bob was great to work with - and we really appreciated his help when something didn’t work. We will probably be coming back to this house next year!

We had a great stay at Dune Just Fine! It was a nice community with access to the beach club with a pool. The house itself was wonderful with plenty of space for the entire family. The property manager was responsive and very welcoming! We would stay here again!

S/I Family Vacation
The vacation home was very nice and met most of our needs. My only issues were that we couldn’t drive 2 cars to the club house because they wouldn’t give us 2 parking passes. When your family doesn’t fit in one car this is a problem. The house was very nice, but the couches and the floors seemed dirty. When you have a baby with you that is crawling on the floors and his hands come up black after crawling is a concern. I highly recommend staying here because the location and the house is very nice.

Great Family Vacation

Sweet Memories
We took my 82 year old parents and our teenage daughters for what may be our last family vacation and found ourselves in a beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed home that was the ideal setting for our vacation.

Wonderful home, location & host
Bob, the host/owner was quick and responsive to any of my questions before and during our stay. The home had all the amenities in the kitchen and throughout the house. We were comfortable and enjoyed the atmosphere. Beds were great and we loved the location with easy access to groceries, beach, tourist attractions. The deck is large and a nice social setting. The owners offered more the use of extra amenities too. Just a great relaxing easy experience. Thank you!!!

Perfect getaway!
We had a wonderful time w grandparents and two young boys (8 & 4). The home was so cozy and clean. Great layout and really well supplied kitchen. We were a short drive from anywhere and the neighborhood was quiet and gorgeous. Such personal and thoughtful touches from owners! Def hope to come back again! Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable and quiet
My family and I had been looking to enjoy a comfy getaway and this home did not disappoint. Our beds were comfortable, we had room to relax, and it was an easy jaunt to the beach and to play golf. Plus the host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent again.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Just Dune Fine. The location and access to the pool, beach and parking were very convenient. The decor and amenities were amazing. We had everything we needed to make meals at the house, grill, and even included beach chairs. 🤗We enjoyed a nice bbq and there is so much space for everyone. Our kids really enjoyed the house and were thrilled with it. We would definitely rent this beach house again. We were very lucky to have found this location. Beautiful 2021 beach week family memories!!
