With a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful furnishings throughout, you may never want to step outside for that big adventure. Spend the day on the mountain then head back to this retreat. You'll love stepping off the elevator directly into your unit. No hallways and no walls are shared with other units in the building, so this decreases potential noise and increases your privacy. The main bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The attached bathroom has a large steam shower, a separate jetted tub, and double sinks. So, after your adventure, you'll have a lovely space to come back to that is comfortably furnished. In addition to a wonderful location, arriving is made extremely easy since there is one reserved parking spot in the private garage. The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
