Kings Creek Cottage is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home located in beautiful downtown Brevard, NC. This home features all new appliances including washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, firepit, gas grill, four TV's, Keurig coffee maker, and a fully appointed kitchen. Perfect for guests that want to be in town and have easy walking access to local parks, shops and restaurants including, Franklin Park (less than 5 minute walk), Quotations Coffee Bar (10 min walk), Silvermont Mansion Park (10 min walk), Brevard College (5 minute walk), Dugans Pub (8 minute walk) and more. You are also close to bath paths and a short drive to the beautiful hikes and waterfalls of Dupont State Forest and the Pisgah National Forest. This location and the beautiful furnishings make this vacation rental in the heart of Brevard a special retreat for guests. Reservations include two daily passes for the Brevard Health and Athletic Club and discounted rates for extra guests. The club, only a 10 minute drive, features indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball, two swimming pools, and a complete fitness facility. Further information will be provided upon check-in. The master bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed, television, custom walk-in closet and luxury master bathroom, is located on the main floor. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom features a television and large closet. This rental includes central heat and air, luxury finishes in the kitchen and baths, linens and basic soaps provided! Everything you need to truly enjoy your vacation. FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY. The Host As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone. Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable. Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home. Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions. The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations. Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time. Fabulous house & location
This house is in a great location, walking distance to downtown Brevard and less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance to Pisgah. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need, bathroom had a blow dryer/diffuser and the beds were comfortable.

We really loved King Creek Cottage and it is definitely somewhere we'll return to.
We really loved King Creek Cottage and it is definitely somewhere we'll return to. It's stylish, comfortable and well-designed. It has just about everything you need and is in close distance to walk downtown or to the park. The text messaging response from the property management was very rapid, helpful and friendly. It's exactly what you expect and hope for in a property manager and if we buy an investment property White Squirrel Realty is definitely who we would call.

This little cottage was awesome! It exceeded my expectations . The location couldn’t have been better, it was so close to town. We loved the playground for the kids and really enjoyed the fire pit out back!
The beds were very comfortable and the bedding so soft! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here next time I come to Brevard! Loved this little house!!! We met the neighbors and they were the sweetest and had a very cute golden retriever that the kids loved playing with!

Brand new house with excellent sparkling clean amenities! Comfortable beds, extra blankets, and large bathrooms. The backyard with fire pit and grill was perfect for an evening at home and making s'mores with the kids! Beautiful waterfalls and trails close by. Downtown was quaint and fun to walk around.

What a lovely home. Everything was new and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was great to have the outdoor space to hang out in. The location was convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about this property. Check in was very easy and straightforward. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished and very close to downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this property. Team was great and very responsive.
