About this cabin rental
Welcome to Between Two Pines! This gorgeous mountain home is the perfect place for R&R and to reset yourself from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Luxurious mountain home with all the amenities such as a hot tub, cold plunge bath, 2 saunas, yoga and meditation areas. Knotty pine kitchen with stainless steel appliances gives the kitchen a rustic modern feel. Cook a delicious meal and enjoy it in the dining room or the home's expansive deck that has plenty of outdoor seating. Living room has a wood burning fireplace and internet TV which is the perfect place to cozy up and binge watch your favorite TV show. Primary bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed, wood burning stove and close access to bathroom. Enjoy the sauna in the primary bedroom to relax your muscles for a good nights rest. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs in the home; one with a very COMFY queen size bed and then the other with 2 Twin sized beds. Outside on the home's expansive deck there is a custom propane BBQ grill, hot tub to warm up AND a cold plunge to cool off during those hot summer days, as well as an outdoor sauna. Outdoor shower is also available for use to rinse off before and after you use the amenities. Short Term Rental Permit # RVC-1193 THINGS TO KNOW Rates & Payments: When booking our homes online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: Debit or any major Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Pets: Pets: We (Do ) allow Dogs There is a $35 dog fee per night; Dogs beyond 1 must be approved; additional pet fees apply per pet per night. *Airbnb and select 3rd party marketing sites will receive a separate charge after the initial booking either via the booking platform (Airbnb Resolutions Center) or direct charge. We really liked just about everything with this property, the BIG exception was the front door lock. We were told while checking in that the lock was a problem to open and close therefore you had to play with it to get it to work. That was an understatement. We also could not get the outside sauna to work.
The property itself is quite nice, well maintained and well stocked with just about everything you need for your stay.
Would have given this place 5 stars but for the two items mentioned. Just fix the damn lock, you’ll make a lot of people happy.

The home was well equipped. The yard and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained and is the reason to stay here. There are many outdoor seating areas to offer peace and relaxation. This yard has many beautiful "rooms".If you are looking for a spectacular mountain view this is not your place to stay but it was so easy for us to venture out and see what we wanted to see. The hot tub although functional has to many jets that do not function anymore. But it does get hot!We would most definitely recommend this property and we will return!

We spent 3 beautiful days in Two Pines. It was our anniversary, so it was just 2 of us. The house was very clean and had everything what we needed. We were a little worry about sauna, since we saw previous reviews mentioned it wasn't working. When we arrived the whole backyard was covered in snow. My husband had to clean it to be able to get to the sauna. It was worth it! We used sauna and jacuzzi every day, everything was working perfectly. We had very relaxing days thanks to Two Pines and management.

Birthday visit to the mountains and we happened to come up after the big storm. We were lucky and had the spot in front of the home cleared as well as the walk up. It was good to get the heads up email about winter conditions. We felt prepared and left earlier to make sure we had daylight.

The property is beautiful and the lay out of the cabin is great but there were some issues that were annoying. One, we paid $50 to have wood delivered and it was green - impossible to stay lit. Very frustrating. Also, the front door lock was impossible to lock from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked when we were in town. The hairdryer was broken, there was no shower soap and trying to get the pots and pans out of the small cupboard they were crammed into was like wrestling an alligator. If those things could be fixed , it would be perfect.

We had a lovely time with our 6 year old daughter. Beds are comfy, showers nice and hot with good pressure, and the patio is the star of the house- like no other I've seen. Location is beautiful and it's an easy 5 minute drive to town. Kitchen items could use an update but I was still able to prepare some basic meals. The fireplace is really nice and this is one of the best looking cabins on a very pretty road. Highly recommend.

I have only positive things to say about this place. It was built with a single purpose to entertain, rejuvenate and relax. Place exceeded the website description. Beds are best i've ever slept on, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels and storage. Only negative is a large quantity of construction equipment flying up and down the street (nothing to do with this cabin).

This property is beautiful and quite well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. We couldn't get the outdoor sauna to work, but there's another one in the master. We also couldn't turn on the wall jets on the hot tub but we still enjoyed it.
Our dogs also enjoyed their stay, although it took a little extra effort to keep them out of the little pool outside (they are labs).
Close to downtown and lots of great hikes.

We had a great time at Between Two Pines! The place is actually as nice as the posted pictures. We really appreciated the different areas to read, play cards, relax, eat, etc. It was cozy and comfortable. We were disappointed that we couldn't get the outdoor sauna to work, but I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great getaway
Great serene location. All appliances worked and it was well stocked. We left a portable speaker there and the housekeeper had management company call us to let us know. The front door lock could be easier. But all in all it was a wonderful stay with awesome amenities like hot/cold saunas and plunges to add to the wellness weekend!

We had 5 adults and 2 children. Living area in the house is cozy but comfortable. The outdoor areas were comfortable to spread out in. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all our meals and 2nd fridge came in handy.

This home was sooooo cute, just like the pics! The hot tub was wonderful, the fireplace was great. We loved playing board games on the home and hot tubing at night after the fire. We hiked all day and my kids LOVED the candy Cupboard. We hiked The Nature Center, Deer Springs, and Fulmor Lake. Only issues, ASK before you book if they fixed the lock on the front door. We were never able to lock the door daily when we left and staff said it had been like that a long time. They have keyless entry but apparently the owner won't allow them to use it? Ask for keyless entry, the actual key will drive you crazy trying and trying to lock and unlock the door. Keys don't come out. Also, staff should get new knives, or bring your own if you will be cooking. The knives suck. Also, the garbage disposal is missing the guard so when you turn it on, everything flies out and all over kitchen. Light bulbs out here and there. But don't let this deter you, this home is AMAZINGLY cozy, and cute. The curb appeal is to die for!

This property is jaw dropping as you pull into the circular driveway and it continues as you notice each detail. So thoughtfully landscaped that each area feels like it's own retreat. Wood galore from the cabin feel of the inside to the redwood majesty of surrounding decks. My son adored going in the spa while I relaxed to the sound of the fountain on a nearby rocker enjoying my coffee and Dad worked on a puzzle. Recently stayed at this awesome cabin! This location is incredibly clean, updated with new appliances and the owners really spent time making it a place were families can come to unwind, relax, and enjoy all this cabin has to offer. They had a plenty of clean towels, dishes, a jacuzzi, saunas, cozy blankets, and thoughtful emenities for their guests. The internet connection had great service and the water is piping hot (for those who appreciate a HOT shower). The owners were great and easy to work with and always responded in a quick and professional manner. We would love to return to this cabin in the future! Loved our stay!
