We had a great time at this property. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this house is well worth the stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked a few meals at home and the pots and lans were in great shape and there plenty of other items to get the job done. There were even some spices, cooking spray, condiments- that are often thrown out at other places. The house was very clean upon arrival and less than 5 minutes to the grocery. I preordered groceries and we just unloaded the car and then went back and grabbed them- perfect! Beach wagon/chairs/umbrella/cooler were super nice to have! We also loved being able to park in the garage! The only “improvements” I could think of would be: pillows- master pillows were pretty flat. I could only find 3-4 washcloths anywhere in the house and there wasn’t a dishrag for the kitchen, and leaving a few extra trash bags. Other than a few minor things like that- this house was beyond perfect! Great pool, plenty of supplies and extras! It is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures!

The pool and lanai are clean, private and relaxing (lots of pool toys and beach supplies too). The kitchen is very well stocked with gorgeous counters, modern appliances, and plenty of room for a chef or two. The bathrooms are just as gorgeous as the kitchen with tons of towels. Shout out to the owner for the attention to detail and for making our vacation so easy!

We loved our stay. The house was well equipped, location was excellent for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Communication was the owner was very good/very prompt.

The house was clean, nicely updated, and well-appointed. We especially loved the pool/spa and covered lanai. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were all in good condition and made our beach trips very easy and comfortable. The house was in a quiet location and the walk to the beach access was quick. The host was very responsive to all communications. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This home was the perfect beach retreat! Just a five minute walk to Marco’s wonderful beaches, coupled with a lovely home is just perfect! The pool and jacuzzi topped the day off to make this vacation one to remember. There were no issues with check in or anything else, all was smooth and easy!

We had two small children in our group and the house was very family friendly with included pack-n-play and high chair and smart TV that we could login to Netflix/Apple TV for them to watch their favorite shows. Our 4 year old spent hours a day in the pool. It was easy to take them to the beach in the included wagon and the beach was good for kids with plenty of shallow water and waves that were not too big. We had a question about booking a fishing charter and the homeowner was quick to respond with a great recommendation. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property! The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The decor was updated and the property was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The host was very responsive to questions we had and was great to work with. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Clean and well stocked with things we needed for a fun vacation

Location is fantastic. The beach is so close and the owners provide a wagon, cooler, and chairs. The pool/spa is very nice too. House is clean and cute. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We did have some issues with a/c and pool heater but the owners we’re on top of it very quickly. My only recommendation is that they upgrade the chaise lounges in back and the mattresses.

We've been coming to Marco Island for the past ten years or so and love this area of the island. Renata made it super easy to book and get checked in, and the recent renovations make the space a really great place to spend a week or two. Public beach access is close by and very walkable (and it's a great part of the beach). The pool and spa were both nice and warm so we had fun outside even on the cooler November days. We'll definitely look forward to coming down and staying again for future trips.
