I booked this stay and paid and then the host contacted me to tell me it wasn't available. It's been two weeks and I never got a refund. I will be taking this to small claims court.

Accommodations were as promised. Most impressed with owner, Amanda when we had difficulty locating the house. She could not have been any nicer and said to call her if we had any kind of problem what soever. Would stay there again.

This was perfect for our needs as we wanted a quiet place to stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Hosts communicated well and all was exactly as described. Would consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at this house. It was easy to get everywhere, the furniture was comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a couple of luggage racks especially since the small bedroom had no place to put your clothes or suitcase. Also we were very hot in the small bedroom. The yard was very nice to hang out in.

Location is close to downtown, property is clean, well kept and large. Interior of home was clean and loved the artwork. We stayed with our kids and love the park down the street. We enjoyed our stay very much.

House is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked. I was told that there was air conditioning, but it was not installed. Fans were not adequate to cool the house down by bedtime. No ceiling fans in bedrooms. Windows do not open/close easily and some do not have screens. One bedroom window did not have a shade to block light. Some reviews mentioned the refrigerator. It is cooling, but motor runs continuously.

This was a basic b&b which was pretty clean & easy to find. No a/c during hot summer weather. Brought leftovers home and they had to be thrown out due to the refrigerator not working. Host was apologetic and said it would be fixed. Host charged a cleaning fee but asked us to run washer, dishwasher and take out trash.

Nice little house. It was a little hard to find since it was down a short lane behind another house. It was mostly as described and very comfortable. I did have some difficulty with the refrigerator not cooling very well. the host had an appliance man look at it, but I used bags of ice in the refrigerator section to keep food cold. The host did not seem to believe me about the problem. Also there were some mice in the house. the host did say she would have an exterminator come in. I think a different refrigerator may be needed.

This property was perfect for our family. We loved having the fenced in yard. I could sit on the couch and watch the kids play through the large picture windows. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, including some spices. There are other houses around this property, but it feels surprisingly private, especially in the front by the fire pit. Our internet was in and out but it wasn’t a big deal.

We had a quick two night stay, and wish we had stayed a week. So much to do and see in Cody and Yellowstone. The house helped us relax as a family. Neighborhood was quiet. Hope to come back next year.

Drove to the property. Window was open, door was open, on opposite side of town from events we were interested in. Ended up not staying there and went to a hotel to stay the 2 nights. Spend your money on a hotel instead- many nice options in town.

Nice little house.

Nice little house.

The house was very nice for how old it is. The owner had done some updates which were a nice touch and it was very comfortable. It seemed that the house got very hot all on its own. We were thankful to be there during a cool season and not in the heat of the summer. Overall this was a very nice place to stay and pretty clean. There were a few stray hairs that were not ours, but that is the nature of houses. I would recommend this house to very small families or a small group of friends.

Small home with neatly manicured lawn and good off-street parking in quiet neighborhood. Home is all on one level with 2 steps to entry. This was great for a member of our party who has mobility issues. Cute decor and furnishings. Owner promptly answered call when we had a question about WiFi problem. Did suggest to owner that folding luggage racks in each room would be helpful, as there was nothing to hold suitcase. Hopefully, she’ll add those for future guests.

It was tucked back behind the existing houses. Once we spotted a sign we were all right. The kitchen is a little tight with two adults in it. Overall it was just what we needed with a comfy homey feel to it.

The house is small but cute. Each of the rooms provided enough space for our family. It was clean and decorated cute. This was our first experience in a VRBO. I felt the communication with the host was a bit short and not very welcoming. There were zero extras. Like 1 extra roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 towels, 4 wash clothes, 3 tabs for the dish washer and a couple of laundry tabs that looked dried up and old. In reading the previous reviews, others complained about it being hot, which it was. 1 window air conditioner that was located in the kitchen, so the bedrooms were very Hot! A couple of fans and a portable AC unit was available. Didn't help a whole lot, but it was nice that there was that option available. The property and neighborhood was quite. The house was tucked a way a bit but still found it ok. Regardless of the minus's I stated, I'd still recommend this property. Just be prepared to buy your own toilet paper and any extras you'd typically use daily.

House was a great place to relax and shower after a few days roughing it in the mountains. One of the beds was a little firm and it was a bit warmer during the night, we stayed in August. One suggestion is a few bar chairs in the kitchen, as that is where we found ourselves hanging out most of the time. Overall it was a nice cozy place to stay.
