L'estada ha estat molt agradable, els propietaris molt amables. Bona ubicació en un entorn tranquil i a només 10 min. a peu del centre. L'apartament net, amb tot lo necessari per una estada curta. Nosaltres vam fer servir l'apartament de zona base per visitar tota la zona de la Vall del Lot.

Eine ruhige Wohnlage, stadtnah. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet, sämtliche Küchenuntensilien waren vorhanden. Abstellmöglichkeit für den PKW sowie für unsere Fahrräder war vorhanden. Gute Empfangsqualität des Wifis. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Very Happy with this place. Very clean. Near the city. If we come back again. We will definitely book this place.

There is no heating in the bedrooms so it was extremely cold at night Lack of attention to details - eg very rusty tin opener, dirty salt container, damaged kitchen worktop Tiles, which are made of plastic, are coming off walls in shower room Shower tray is not big or deep enough so, even when being extremely careful, water goes all over the floor Shower mat shown in photos has been replaced with one of wood which does not soak up the water. We had to use towels instead as we were worried water would drip down into the owners’ home (they live below) Told it would cost €20 if we wanted extra towels

The accommodation was very spacious, clean, light and airy but with shutters to keep out the mid-summer sun when necessary. Just 5 minutes walk to the river and 15 minutes to the city centre across the iconic Valentré Bridge

We really liked the location but it is up a steep hill which some people may want to bear in mind if travelling on foot.

Location excellent and easy access to town. Quiet and private parking. Newly renovated.

Maybe invest in non breakable dishes like Corelle less heavy.

The location within such a short walk to the Pont Valentre Bridge, and then in to town was perfect. The apartment had everything you could possibly want for a say longer than one night. Our three night stay was relaxing and enjoyable because our Host, Alex, made us feel right at home, in his Home! He even delivered a bottle of the regional wine on our first night, leaving it at the door while we were walking in town. Also, having free on-site parking made a great place even better.

We stayed at the apartment for two nights in August 2021. We definitely recommend it! Alex, the host, is very kind and helpful. When we did not find his house on the evening of our arrival (completely through our own fault) Alex was just a phone call away and drove to where we waited with our car to pick us up. The apartment is very close to Pont Valentré and in walking distance of the historic city center of Cahors. It is newly renovated, bigger than it looks in the photos and very comfortable. We were really happy about the matresses which were comfy and a nice surprise (the matresses in most of the French accomodations we have stayed in were very hard and tough on our spines). Our car could be parked right in front of the door in a private space away from the small road which is only used by the direct neighbours. Alex, the host, lives in the same house.
