food in the restaurant really high priced but not worth it, food outside tastes better and much cheaper

The villa it very spacious and clean. 3 bed rooms with private pool is a very good option for family vacation. The resort is located in the best beach of Phu Quoc, the Kem beach.

Great resort with huge and fantastic outdoor swimming pool. Amazing staffs - everyone has their sweet smiles ready every time they see you anywhere. Breakfast buffets was one of the best in the world.

Foods in Lua/Fire restaurant were not good at all!

The vila was amazing! private pool, super clean and nit. breakfast was great and tasty. the pool and the beach were great as well. the spa & gym were top notch. highly recommended

Because of the remote location of the resort your option is to eat and drink in. the prices where very expensive which make the whole vacation expensive as well. the restaurant is open only on the weekends and no bar in the evenings so a bit boring.

what was good about the hotel is, that it is a good place for the family to relax. and it was just a great place to be, like we went to 3 other hotels and this one was the best one of them all.

that the restaurant by the pool side had not a lot of options to pick.

I loved the the aesthetic of the resort and beautiful location. Every staff member I interacted with was lovely and the room service and pool service was impeccable.

Great resort fabulous rooms and villa set up thoughtful extras like loads of bottled water, included luxurious all inclusive breakfast , enjoyed in room dining in our own dining room, restaurant selection - only one, and not really local selections on menu, room service menu better than restaurant. In fact toon service food was fabulous esp kids menu burgers. Would have been good to have happy hour like many other hotels. Tet menu was over priced. We did love the pool- it’s size and having our own private pool too and the buggy facility was lovely. Check in staff- Hung and Trinh were great, but on check in a more thorough explanation of the layout of the property would have been appreciated and onsite facilities and extra activity options such as bikes and kayaks, as we sort of had to discover these by ourselves and were great to have available.

As above - more thorough check in explanation Restaurant perhaps more than one, or with a greater food selection to include more local cuisine.

the resort is perfect place for retreat. it is so calm at night so might be not suitable to fan of night out activities. the beach and pool are superb.

the location is far from center but the beach is wonderful, compared to the beaches at resorts closer to Duong Dong center

Everything. This is an absolutely stunning resort with one of the best pools I've ever been in. The private pool villa was amazing, very clean, spacious and modern. The whole resort is managed impeccably and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is absolutely beautiful and it was an extra bonus having the use of the paddle boards and kayaks free of charge. Superb location to watch the beautiful sunsets, play volleyball on the beach and overall a really amazing place. We stayed in 7 different hotels on our trip through Vietnam and this one was by far our favourite

Very nice location, on a pretty beach. The hotel is brand new, the villas are really luxurious. The pool is huge. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff is very nice but totally unhelpful. Sometimes you have to wait 30 minutes to get a coffee. It will surely improve over time.

The breakfast was my favorite part of the hotel. It was impressive and delicious. The beach cleanliness and kids pool was fantastic. Enjoyed the service leading up to it. Still new hotel. Accommodations were impressive! Staff is wonderful and helpful. Very responsive. Would recommend as it can only improve from here on.

I did not like that the beach bar was open sometimes - not all the time or predictable. Dinner options there were okay but I didn’t love as much as our breakfasts!
