Our focus with this property is that everyone is comfortable with Luxury accommodations, so no one feels they got the short end of the stick. The home is located 10 minutes from downtown Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 20 Minutes from Canyonlands National Park and close to many other State Parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios, fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing. Large yard for games and events. *Note the pool is open as long as temperatures permit. We close the pool if temperatures drop below freezing at night. Hot Tub runs year-round and is separate from pool. We have 5 additional homes next to this property if you need additional accommodations. KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8- person private hot tub. LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group with 2 full couches and 2 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 75" Smart TV with entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. POOL: The pool is heated year-round and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 90 degrees in the winter. GAME ROOM: Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball table, Video Game Console and a 55" Flat Screen TV. HOME THEATRE: Enjoy the 80-inch full surround sound home theater. PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. Soft straps are provide to strap onto your car and take to the lake or river. PARKING: There is plenty of parking area for up to 10 Vehicles and places for trailers to park. We have a new 8-person spa purchased in 2021 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom-built fire pit with room for everyone. GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones. ...and create new ones. This is a wonderful home to gather in. It's large enough for a big group to play together but also has ample space to provide moments of solitude. Everything you could ever need is provided and the hosts were amazingly responsive. The location is both gorgeous and convenient. 10 out of 10!

Great place for a group of friends to stay while in Moab

The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and filled with amenities. It was a great place to come home to after days of exploring the National Parks in the area. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out or be together. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. We really appreciated that there were dressers in the bedrooms so we could unpack our suitcases while visiting.
The house is a little out of town, so it is a 10-15 minute drive to restaurants or groceries, etc but we found the location to be quiet and peaceful.
We had no problems getting into the house and the check-out procedure was easy and not time consuming.
We highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great! Loved the stocked pantry with all the basics. Some of the mattresses have the worn sunken middle to them but we managed. Also the air conditioner could not keep the house cool but was manageable as well. Would rent it again.

We were 8 adults (4 couples) and 7 kids ranging from 5-16. This house fit our family perfectly. The bedrooms were configured just right for all 15 of us. The house was very clean, extremely well kept and there were plenty of towels, dishes, etc for us. The size of the house was very roomy with all of us there. The game room and home theater were welcome and well used. The pool is above ground but place under the deck with very good access. It's the largest pool we've every encountered and very well kept. The location of the house fit our vacation perfectly also. We did all the parks and all the restaurants. The fire pit was a welcome end-of-day destination for the adults. The house is located in a neighborhood and the first night the cousins got too loud in the pool, but that was not a problem going forward. We absolutely would rent this house again.

The kids loved the pool. We got married outside by the pool, the kids couldn’t wait for it to be over to get back in. Plenty of room for our family of 10.

The house provided for everything our group needed and Whitney was a super friendly and helpful host. Tons of thought and care poured throughout this home and it was perfect for our trip. From the heated pool to star gazing in the fire pit this home was perfect. Literally could not have asked for a better place. Will certainly stay here and probably book directly with Exclusive Retreats Moab next time to save on the fees!

Thank you for your hospitality. Inside clean, outside did need some clean-up. We missed the bar soap, and the bathroom floorings were not withstanding the stresses of showers. BUT, we did enjoy the many spaces of comfortable living.

Kenny is a great host of a great property. I kept hearing my family say, "This is a great house." and it was. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable. The open areas are great. There are many things to do right inside the home for everyone. The pool was fun even in February. The hot tub was better because it was February! Kenny was a great host and quickly answered a couple of small concerns like resetting the microwave. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

The owners have delivered on their promise in the description that every bedroom/bathroom is a winner and no one draws the short straw on rooms. The kids stayed in the lower level rooms where the home theater and access to pool and hot tub were, the adults stayed on the main level. It was the perfect layout. We hiked and explored during the day and came home to relax and make dinner every single night. Between the pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, football, home theater, and ample kitchen - this place was perfect for decompressing and spending fun family time together after a day of outdoor adventures in Moab. The owners have clearly invested recently in updating all of the finishes inside, the furniture and beds were all very comfortable, and the kitchen served our needs as a group of 9. This was a perfect place for us to return to every day after hiking around Moab!

Great house, the largest we have stayed in so far in Moab. Beware the number of beds is a little stretched, as there were portable fold-up beds. We were 12 people total and 4 slept on I IKEA beds that are ottomans that turn into beds. The rest of the place was great!

The property was as advertised. The beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Only wish the dining seating areas (inside and out) were bigger to accommodate larger groups. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were great. Inside does get a little warm due to afternoon sun. But we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well-appointed house. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, kitchen well stocked with the basics. The only fly in the ointment that missed the 5 star rating was the fact that the pool was green and unusable. It wouldn't have been a big deal had it not been summer and the fact that we had been anticipating the apres activity pool time. Other than that, great stay.

Our 2 families with a total of 8 people stayed in this beautiful house. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ages 8-12. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals, including a lot of great pantry items. The game room was super fun, the pool was a much needed relief on those hot Moab days, the rooms were cozy and clean, the bathrooms were well appointed and had plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps/shampoos, tissues, and washcloths. Even though the location was about 15 mins from downtown Moab, it was beautiful and easy to get to all the major activities in the area. We would definitely rent this home again. There are a couple improvements we would recommend: 1. Putting in shades for the larger upstairs windows would reduce the heat and direct sunlight in those gathering areas. 2. Getting a better streaming box for the movie theater. Currently we had to stream a movie through an old DVD player. It glitched a lot. 3. We could not adjust the temperature in the shower of one of the downstairs bathrooms. It was scalding hot no matter where you put the handle. 4. Black out shades in one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Absolutely amazing property
I came to Moab for my wedding and stayed for 5 nights. This property was absolutely PERFECT for my group of friends. The house is extremely spacious and well equipped with basically everything. I was a smidge worried about Having 17 people stay in one house but it couldn’t have worked out better. We never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. The beds were luxurious and the house is in perfect condition. I had my wedding dinner here during our stay. We set everything up in the living room and it was just perfect. I can express enough how grateful I am that we found such a gem for our special day. I highly recommend this property for any trip to Moab. We would definitely stay here again. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

Amazing place!! Perfect for our family!!! Great vibes!!
This place is AWESOME!! We had a room and bathroom for everyone!! The pool and jacuzzi were great fun and the fire pit was a blast in the evening while we made S’mores and watched the beautiful starts!! The game room was a daily activity with an on-going pool tournament and the theatre room was over the top!! We loved our desert paradise and we all agreed that there are good vibes at this home and we hope to totally go back someday!!!

This is a large house and we were only 2 but enjoyed it. It was too windy and cool to enjoy outside amenities. Theatre room had big screen but hard to get it working. We would stay here again.

Luxurious Moab Retreat!
This property did NOT disappoint! It is actually more gorgeous in person than even the pictures convey! It is absolutely immaculate, with all of the amenities you could need. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in, even asking Kenny for the brand! The kitchen had every utensil and kitchen appliance you could need, including actual sharp knives, which is a commodity if you’ve stayed in many rental units. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing and the group of 10 friends really didn’t feel the need to leave the house in the evening! It’s tucked back against one of the plateau’s, just a little out of town. Absolutely perfect retreat. We will be staying again!
