Our villa is a beautiful and modern two-story, two (2) bedrooms, and two (2) full bathrooms villa located Las Casitas 1 Resort Condominium in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. The villa has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and "El Yunque" National Rainforest. You will be able to experience an amazing stay away from the noise of the city and 10-minute drive away from the Fajardo bioluminescence bay. The villa layout and immediate proximity to the most beautiful beaches on the northeast of the island and countless local flavor restaurants make it the ideal property for couples and families looking for the perfect, relaxing Caribbean vacation. Aside from being located within a Golf community, the villa boasts of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a kitchenet in the second-floor room, and balconies with mesmerizing Ocean views. The first-floor master room has a king bed while the second-floor room has two (2) full beds. It can accommodate a total of six (6) guests. The villa grounds has a mesmerizing infinity pool with views of the Atlantic Ocean. You will be a drive away from beautiful beaches, national parks, natural reserves, and lots of local restaurants! There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites: Chill at the beach! Seven Seas, Playa Azul, and Luquillo Beach are our favorite beaches in the northeastern coast and a must-do if you are staying with us. Take private boat rides to the Vieques, Culebra and Icacos islands. Fajardo also offers a wide variety of restaurants, from Caribbean, Latin, Italian, Asian, Vegetarian, Seafood, that you and your family can enjoy for both lunch and dinner. Explore the "El Yunque" Rainforest and National Park at Río Grande, Puerto Rico. El Yunque is an easy 30 minutes’ drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship. Experience the glowing waters at the bioluminescent bay of Fajardo during an evening kayak tour. Go on a horseback ride or ATV/UTV ride off the beaten path in Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park at Luquillo, Puerto Rico. Spend a day in Old San Juan. The villa is only a 1-hour drive away from the capital/historic city. There's a lot of history to see and great food and drinks to enjoy. IMPORTANT NOTE: ALTHOUGH THE VILLA IS LOCATED ON THE GROUNDS OF THE EL CONQUISTADOR HOTEL OUR GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THEIR FACILITIES AND AMENITIES. AT PRESENT THE HOTEL DOES NOT OFFER ANY DAY PASS PACKAGE TO GUESTS WHO HAVE NOT BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH THEM.

We loved the area and that we were in a secure resort, but I have to admit for the price...certainly expected more. Plus, we were under the impression that there were beaches close and the closest ones were close to a 10 min drive and absolutely zero that you could walk to. Overall cleanliness of the place was good, but bathrooms definitely could have had some more attention.

The overall property is nice but dated as for bathrooms. Cleaning needs to step up under the beds, inside the closets, etc. I had to bring a lot or buy. No towels for the pool, exact towels to shower, trash bags, so many little things that are needed. No insert show curtain upstairs nor trash bin. Overall no wow experience!

The property is situated in a very safe and beautiful location central to many of the island's water activities and many excursions. The property also had two pools we could use that had a breathtaking view of the ocean.

The kitchen need a complete overall modification in case someone want to do cooking at home. All hardware old fashion and needed to be replaced and cleaned before use

We stayed in this casita across from our friends who also traveled to PR from Texas. Once you understand all the door codes it’s very easy to get in and out. We felt very safe as there are 2 guard houses to get through before arriving at the casita. Our casita was just as described and was very cozy and comfortable. We contacted property management asking about an onsite laundry facility since there wasn’t a laundry setup in the casita. They were able to setup a towel swap for us midweek which we all really appreciated. The only things we would have have liked to have had was a toaster and a blender. No biggies, doesn’t change that we were very pleased with our stay. Definetly recommend staying, very comfortable for a group of 6.

Really nice location and a beautiful pool. The townhouse was clean and is modern and recently renovated. Couple things: - No laundry available (this is noted in the description, but I didn’t notice it until later) - No linens for the fold-out sofa bed - Dishwasher doesn’t work Views are spectacular, and the entire premises is quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely return and rent here again. Thanks for sharing your property!

Summer 2021: vacation in Fajardo, PR

My entire family agreed that we could not have a better vacation this summer than we had in the suburbs of Fajardo. It is a beautiful location. The village where we were staying looks modern. Both buildings and streets are well cared for. Condos are neat, clean, and airconditioned. If sleep is a top priority, all beds were new and comfortable to sleep on. We rented a car to get around, so we did not feel deprived of motion. We explored beaches around Fajardo and San Juan. We traveled someplace almost every day, and thus explored the south of Puerto Rico, San Juan, and El Yunque. Although we know Puerto Rico well, we always find something else to see or do. Local restaurants were open for visitors. Testing new dishes was a kind of hobby for us. Fish tacos were the top choice of my family. Food in local restaurants was delicious. To summarize, we enjoyed the place we were staying and Puerto Rico itself.
