Las instalaciones limpias y buen lugar. El personal atentós (Todos). Desde (Johan) en recepción hasta la sra de mucamas. A pesar de llegar antes de la hora del chek in, fui atendido amablemente. Las obras de artes son espectaculares en todo el hotel. Los amantes d elas artesse daran un buen gusto por todo el hotel.
La entrada o ckeck in es muy tarde. La mayoría son a la 1.30pm. y la salida 12.30pm para una holgura de dormír algo más antes antes de salir .

Everything is perfect ! Very nice staff and very close to city center.

The staff was nice
Not enough water pressure, not enough care on cleaning deeply the bathroom, or changing the old yellowish shower.

It is walking distance to the shops. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean, large and luxurious.
The beds are comfortable although the pillows could use renewing.
No one speaks English. There is no coffee/tea facilities. No bath/basin plug. No hair dryer. Only allowed one card per room instead of one per person. I had to wait for my son to have a cigarette outside every time I wanted to go to my room. The internet would sometimes cut out half way through doing stuff.

I liked the hotel, the location is perfect. The room was also comfortable which is important for me.
I liked the hotel, but the staff needs to calm down a bit with their demands to the customers. All you hear when you arrive is... don't do this, don't do that. And the shoe cleaning before you enter was also annoying. I did not see the real purpose behind that.
