About this condo rental
Nestled in Jonestown, this charming condo for $402 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This unit has no equal when it comes to VIEW in all of THE HOLLOWS Hilltop condos. Note the view through the NEW 6 foot picture frame window and double french doors from the living room and kitchen. This is the only unit that has a 6' x 6' picture frame window looking straight out at "Starnes Island". Starnes Island is the center of all activity for the July 4th fireworks show. This is the largest 3 bedroom / 3 bath floor plan in the complex and is a corner/top floor condo with an elevator for the building. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit has never been on the rental program and we will be selectively renting this unit only. The entire unit was recently remodeled with all new wood look porcelain tile flooring throughout. The balcony has new travertine look porcelain tile flooring. The condo update also included replacement of all ceiling fans, light fixtures, and color of walls. The unit also has a new high efficiency AC system and new water heater. The amenities at the 1400 plus acre community are extraordinary including the Beach Club, Trailhead Club, kids playground, kayak club, boat launch, marina, pickle ball court, basketball goal, and many miles of paved hike/bike/golf cart trails throughout the development. The Beach Club has an infinity pool, two smaller pools, a hot tub, and a gymnasium. Please note The Hollows and The City of Jonestown "DOES NOT" allow charcoal or propane grills on the balconies for grilling. We also do not allow grilling of any kind from the balconies. However, there is a "Smoke House" for grilling and a restaurant at The Beach Club. There is also a separate "Hilltop Smoke House" for grilling and picnicking just above the Hilltop condos on Edgewood Way St. The Hollows also has several miles of paved hike and bike and gold cart trails for your enjoyment.

We stayed here for a full month and loved it. Every day we all three meals on the deck with a view of the lake. It was very clean and very comfortable (beds were comfy too!). The location is wonderful, the property manager is very communicative.

We were pleasantly surprised at the little touches at this property compared to other condos we've rented across the US. Hand soap, beach towels, spices already in the unit so you don't have to bring or buy all of that. We were there for a hockey camp in Leander, which is about a 30-minute drive away. Much more fun and comfortable than the in town hotel options!
The Hollows development has nice amenities and does require additional paperwork before you arrive.
This particulsr location has some of the best views of Lake Travis. The water level though was really low so we couldn't easily rent kayaks with the Hollows. Our son wants to do the hockey camp again so we will be back! Hopefully the lake will be up next time.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo!! It had a great layout, very nicely decorated, very clean, and the furniture was all very nice! We very much enjoyed staying there and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We will be back!

Property owners were super kind and helpful. The unit was super clean and well stocked. The furniture is very comfortable and well arranged. The spacious balcony is such a treat. The view of the lake and hills are amazing. I highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this property in the Hollows. Owner communicated details well, very smooth process to book and check in. The unit was spotless and was well appointed with kitchen items, towels etc. It was five minute drive down to the pool area. Kids loved the pool. The best part was the wonderful patio area. We spent lots of time relaxing , watched sunrise in the morning, and relaxed there at night. We had a great time.

This condo was awesome,had issues with Wi-Fi when we arrived but was fixed the next day,,Mercedes was an amazing host and I will definitely recommend this condo and will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing- Best Condo in The Hollows!
Walked into a very clean and updated condo with large windows, wonderful natural light and amazing views of Lake Travis!
The details like the clean dish sponge, make up remover, men’s and women’s toiletries were such a great surprise.
Beds were comfortable and clean. I absolutely hate polyester sheets but these bed linens were COTTON! YAY! I was really happy all rooms had cotton bed linens!!
Rooms were large and the split bedroom floorplan and three bathrooms were great to give everyone their own space and privacy.
TWO balconies and the extra area for a sofa sleeper was great.
Kitchen was clean and stocked with basic spices, olive oil and had enough cook and bakeware to suffice for a weekend.
The community grounds are BEAUTIFUL. Deer everywhere, neighbors were friendly and kind, walking/hiking trails, the pool area is amazing. THREE pools, one is an infinity pool, a live band over Memorial Day weekend, pool restaurant and bar made us feel like we were at a hotel resort.
I was nervous because of the community rules but there were no issues. It gets very dark and you can see the stars.
I am a germaphobe so to be this impressed with a place is such a breath of fresh air. Clean, great beds, soft and clean towels, plush pool towels, I could go on and on.
My only two suggestions would be to update the cotton sheets in the master bedroom as they were pilling and rough from normal wear and tear, and to update or include a mattress cover for the sofa sleeper mattress but this is nothing to fret about. We used one of the mattress covers over the sofa mattress to make it a little more comfortable.
The host is responsive and delightful to work with. She answered all my nervous questions kindly and patiently. She gave us all the information to rent a golf cart- which I HIGHLY recommend as the pool is a quick golf cart drive down and it's so fun too.
Golf cart rental was SO EASY, they dropped it off at the condo and took payment over the phone.
Community is safe, many beautiful single family residences and as I mentioned the neighbors were so friendly and kind too.
Can't wait to go back. My family loved it!

The property location is perfect and the unit is well appointed, beautifully decorated with STUNNING views. Highly recommend if you're looking for a tranquil getaway just close enough to Austin (45mins) to go if you like. Our family will definitely be back!!

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. It was beautiful view of the lake from their balcony. All bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries, kitchen had spices and coffee machine. We loved it and would highly recommend the property!

Notable clean and newly decorated with modern furnishings. There were four of us celebrating a birthday si we ate in and enjoyed the deck.

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party and the condo was even better than expected! Very spacious, clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Mercedes made sure that we had all the information that we needed and was readily available via text or call if we needed anything. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Our favorite part was relaxing on the large patio and looking out over the lake. We will definitely be back in the future!

This property was exactly as described. The view of Lake Travis is breathtaking and the property is freshly appointed and comes with everything you would expect in a high end rental.
