Location, clean, spacious, close to quiet beaches. Plenty of parking

Everything was good

Super location very close to the beach, a supermarket, restaurants and a coffee shop. An easy short walk to the old town and many other beaches. The apartment had everything we needed and the host was available by text message should any questions arise. We had everything we needed for our 6 day stay here. I look forward to staying here again.

Great little apartment 10/15 minutes walk from the old town of Monopoli with a lovely sea view. Apartment was equipped well and bed was super comfy. Supermarket 2 minutes walk and a great little cafe nearby with fresh croissants and coffee.

There was only 1 bowl in the kitchen so we had to take it in turns to have cereal.

I liked a lot a contact and flexibility with Anna Maria who welcomed us and stayed in tough with us - fantastic and opened person who cared of us and answer any of our question :) Also the aparatment was very nice and comformatble with beautiful view (apart of of bathroom)

we didn't like how the lady who received the keys treated us - she was very rude and shouted something despite the fact that we left the general order in the apartment, probably it was about a different approach to segregating garbage (we guess because she did not know English). Also the shower was in a terrible condition, terribly moldy and clogged, so they were express baths + unwashed toilet. Rooms, kitchen and balcony for it very clean and pleasant, amazing view. If it wasn't for the bathroom, we would give the highest marks to this object.

Great location, close to the center and beach but also perfect to explore the region. Big plus the free parking in front of the building and facilities nearby (restaurants, supermarkets). Apartment is big so perfect for families with kids but also friends travelling in a small group.

Place was great, clean, spacious in a new builiding. A nicely situated apartment, very close to old town that allowed to relax after exhausting day. The most important was the host, that took care about us, including a drive from the station and back to the station, which was not included as a standard service. Grazie Mille!

Comfortable appartment in a new building. Quiet area, big free parking next to the building. Walking distance from the city center, also a decent shop (Carrefour Express) in 2 minute walk. Living room with kitchen plus two bedrooms, comfortable bathroom with a shower. Big terrace with a table and street/sea view. Great location (if you have a car, not sure about public transport), quiet area, easy parking (at least in November) and walking distance from Monopoli city center.

- the double bed is very soft (personal preference, I prefer firmer matteress) - wifi is not great (i'd say it's ok), poor coverage in bedroom + VOD services in the TV tend to "freeze" sometimes - there is a dishwasher but number of plates/bowls/cups is too small to use it (would have to be run after every meal)- we never used it and handwashed the dishes - a cheap upgrade that would make a difference is adding some hooks: at the entrance to hang jackets, in the bathroom to hang towels, and some shelf in the shower to put soap and shampoo
