Surfside Colony is a gated community located on a unique piece of land 0.7 miles long nestled along the beautiful Pacific Ocean in Orange County, California. The Colony is located southeast of Seal Beach and northwest of Sunset Beach and Huntington Beach. Entry into the community is restricted to residents and their guests and enforced by a 24 hour manned gate house. Surfside is a residential area with approximately 260 single-family homes. The homes are arranged in three rows, A, B, and C, and include an eclectic range of styles from older single-story cottages to newer multi-story architectural wonders. No home in the colony is more than 75 feet from the beach. The colony has a casual beach culture that values diversity and community. Favorite beach activities include surfing, kite surfing, fishing, and just sitting and enjoying the sun and sea air. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enter the Dutch doors into the living room with comfortable matching mid century accent chairs and down filled couch. Enjoy your favorite game or movie on a 65 inch Sony flat screen. Additional TVs are located in each bedroom and the outside patio. The tvs are ROKU compatible and connect to your “Smart” phone or laptop. Adjacent to this in an open floor plan is a gourmet kitchen with DeLonghi automatic expresso/coffee maker, automatic dishwasher, kitchen appliances and kitchen ware. Designer details abound with attention to comfort to sooth your mind and body. Across from the kitchen is a dining table which comfortably seats six people. There is a water faucet/hose available in the front and back of the house to wash off sand and beach items.
