About this condo rental
Situated in Atlantic Beach, this charming condo for $516 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. From the front door of our condo, you are steps away from putting your toes on the beach! Our beautiful, recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers modern beach touches and the comforts of home. This second-floor unit directly faces the ocean and has stunning views of the Crystal Coast. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on either of the two balconies with breathtaking views of the beach! Upon your arrival at Dunescape Villas, you will find luggage carts and grocery shopping carts as well as an elevator to make moving into your home away from home simple and quick. There is a screened-in entry way / mud room in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full-size washer and dryer. The condo itself was recently renovated and freshly decorated. It features luxury plank flooring throughout, fully-equipped kitchen, separate wet bar with beverage refrigerator, oceanfront screen porch off the living room, and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a full bed and is next to a full bath with tub; there is also a small workspace/desk area in this bedroom if you are so inclined. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and its own private half bath. There are TVs in all three bedrooms. The kitchen has all new appliances including French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and over-the-range microwave and is equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a new Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, which accepts single serve K-cups and can also brew drip coffee with a 12-cup carafe. The living room has a 50” Samsung Smart TV with built-in Alexa. There is a screened-in porch off of the living room with seating overlooking the dunes, boarded walkway to the beach and, of course, the ocean. Throughout the complex, there are several picnic areas with tables and charcoal grills; you will need to provide your own charcoal. There are four swimming pools and several private beach access points with gazebos overlooking the beach. To use the pools, a release form must be signed prior to check-in. All of the buildings at Dunescape Villas have parking lots near the unit. If extra parking is needed, there is overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes included for parking at unit. Bed linens, bath towels, and bath mats are not provided. All beds have pillows and bed spreads. There are linen service companies in the area should you need this type of service. Spring break weeks, mid-May to mid-September: 7 night minimum weekly rentals, Sunday to Sunday. Other times of the year, 3 night minimum with flexible check-in/out dates. Self check-in and self check-out. This is a no smoking property. No smoking around the pool, elevators, second floor common areas. Renters must park in the designated spaces in front of the building, not under the buildings. We would appreciate if guests would remove shoes at the front door. Sand from the beach lingers on shoes. Please do not rinse out sandy swimsuits in the unit as this could cause damage to the plumbing for the entire building. There are shower-off areas with hoses by the pool and beach access points that can be used for hosing off sandy items. Safety First!! Ocean: Please look at the warning signs/flags out at the beach. If you see red flags, that means NO SWIMMING. Can you put a tent on the beach? Small tents/canopies are allowed on our beaches, provided they are properly secured (tents over 200 ft & canopies over 400 ft need a permit). However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and enjoyable, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at night. Property is equipped with an external security camera at the entrance to our condo facing the entryway door. Damages to property will be the responsibility of the guest. The Area Directly across the street you have condo access to a pier and day-dock to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. If you bring your boat, there is a public boat launch one mile away. The condo is located less than 2 miles to “The Circle” with multiple bar and restaurant options. Known as the main “Town Beach” and located in the heart of the busy Atlantic Beach community, The Circle offers a myriad of ways to stay entertained, both on and off the sand. The condo is also a short drive to historic Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium. Just a short drive back across the bridge, the quaint towns of Morehead City and Beaufort offer shops and multiple dining options as well as water excursions and tours to Cape Lookout, Shackleford Banks, and Harkers Island.

Check in was a breeze! The property is conveniently located to restaurants and for visiting Morehead City and Beaufort. Condo has all the conveniences of home! Very clean and obviously well taken care of by owner. Will not hesitate to rent again in the future.

Condo was in excellent shape and had everything we needed. Nice touches included beach towels and basic cleaning supplies so we didn't have to buy. Very clean and smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at “Shore Beats Work”! The unit was nicely decorated, had a well stocked kitchen, and the washer and dryer with detergent on hand was awesome! The condo was clean, and the views are simply spectacular. Perfect for some R&R! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with! We hope to go back and make more memories!

Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed to cook with ( pots pans bowls..) when we decided to. Beautiful view. The pool is nice and clean. The owners are very good to work with, which is a plus! Hope to visits again soon and we highly recommend this condo. The neighbors were nice and we made lots of new friends!

The condo was very clean and up to date. It has a well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the supply of paper products, soaps, and cleaning supplies. We did have to bring linens but that wasn’t an issue. The location is easy access to stores and restaurants.

This was by far the best experience with a rental that I have ever had. The condo was beautiful and had everything I needed and some that I forgot. It was in the perfect location. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and I have zero complaints. Would stay here ago 10/10!

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. Our family consisted of 6 adults and 2 young children. We were pleasantly surprised just how spacious the condo was. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. The kitchen was upgraded and fully equipped. Access to the beach was wonderful. Having carts and elevator made unloading and loading that much easier. The pool was lovely. Grocery store less than mile down the road. We can’t wait to book our next visit at Shore Beats Work condo again in the future.

The views were the reason we chose this location, and we were not disappointed. The renovated kitchen with new dishes and appliances and views of the ocean provided an easy space to prepare breakfast and lunch. The condo is extremely comfortable, especially for a couple, with easy access to the beach. The decor is calm and pleasing. We especially loved the large crab painting. The reason for the four stars is the description of the condo that says "linens and bath towels not provided." This needs more information: you also need to bring bath mats as well as kitchen towels. We ended up using our own beach towels as bath mats. But a nice place overall.

We traveled here for thecollege baseball tournament and this condo right on the ocean front was absolutely gorgeous and lacked nothing !! They owners have spared no expense to make our stay amazing.

We loved our stay at Shore Beats Work. The view from both balconies is breathtaking. The condo is extremely clean, orderly and tastefully decorated. With the primary suite being so comfortable and the mesmerizing sound of the ocean, before you know it, you are waking up to a beautiful sunrise. Easy access to the beach and pool. Communication with Michael and Alison was easy and they responded quickly. We are definitely planning to visit again and would highly recommend.

Incredible property! Beautiful view of sunrise and sunsets from balconies. Buggies available to take stuff up. Ease of having elevator if needed. Entire property clean and felt safe. Inside was immaculate. Everything you need and more! Do recommend bringing a towel to use when you get out of the shower. Overal, zero complaints! Mike and Ali really did a great job with this property. We will be back!

Great location!
We have a large family, and the space was perfect for us. If you want to be right on the beach this is a great location. A definite plus is that the beach is private and there were not many people near us. Great communication with the owners call mom which makes any issue a non-issue.

My family and I have been coming to, and renting properties in Atlantic Beach for over 30 years. Our experience at Shire Beats Work was one of the best. The property is extremely clean and well kept. Kitchen appliances and dishes are nice quality and stocked well. The view is incredible! We will be back.
