Our hosts were so accommodating. The house was excellent and the neighbors were great. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

The photographs don't do it justice! There was ample space, 2 living areas, and the rooms were a great size. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need including pots and pans, pasta strainer, can opener, Keurig coffee maker, even a smore making machine! The appliances were all newer and worked very well. The showers and water pressure was great, and the view onto the lake was amazing. The kids had a ball, and the deck was nice to sit on and watch them swim from. There is a little store about 2 minutes away in case you forgot something. Scott was fast to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I visited the lake house in early May for a remote work and fishing trip. Had easy access to the lake with my kayak. Kept it on the dock and launched whenever I wanted to from there. Easy parking for my SUV and kayak trailer. Great area on Soda Bay with easy access from the dock to the state park area and Henderson Point using my kayak. There were even 2 kayaks included should you need them. House was fabulous. Pics don't really do it justice. There is more space than I expected. Could have easily brought my whole family thanks to the front bedrooms, bunkbeds, and nice bathroom. Kitchen was small but perfect and the owners even included 4 bottles of wine to try. The bathrooms were great - the lakeside master with on-suite includes a soaking tub. I haven't used one of those in a while and enjoyed it after a long day of work and fishing. Overall, this place is fantastic and I would stay again and will plan to. Thanks to Scott for making it available!

We had a great stay at Soda Bay - booking and check in was a breeze. The deck was amazing both morning and evening. Fire pit was great - the dogs loved the backyard. Lots of waterfowl to watch. Boat worked great for our bass boat - caught most fish right out from the house!! Great visit and would love to come back again - gonna miss that view.

The house and location were great. Lots of living space and woke to beautiful views of the lake. Owners were very nice and left us wine as a welcome gift. I would recommend this property.

The place was easy to get in, owners were great and quick to respond with any issues. The views of the water were amazing, and the propane fire pit on the deck was great for night time relaxing. The wife and I even took the kayaks out for a few trips around the bay and was great fun. Little cold because it was off season, but to be expected and the heater was powerful! Super cozy little weekend trip with the InLaws

We let ourselves in to the beautiful Lake House to find a handwritten note and several bottles of wine to enjoy during our stay from the hosts. The Lake was very low (hi, global warming) so we didn't get to take advantage of the dock but we used the lake level as a reason to go exploring with our dogs! They LOVED it and we loved watching them swim with the ducks and splash around as we explored the "bottom of the lake". Sitting in the extremely cozy lounge chairs next to the fire whilst watching the rain fall over the lake whilst enjoying a glass of wine made for the perfect relaxation destination. It was quite a magical view to see the many deer pass through the area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to return during the warmer season to enjoy the kayak, beautiful deck, and once again enjoy waking up to the amazing view!

Well kept property with all the necessities. Nice deck that overlooks beautiful lake. The neighborhood road was narrow and steep in some areas.

We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. The property itself was awesome and they were so welcoming! But the view was hard to beat as well. Wonderful deck and seating to relax and watch the lake. Thanks, we'll be back!

This home was a wonderful week-end getaway...it was very clean, nice open air common are, beds were comfortable and our hosts were very generous to leave us some bottles of wine...a very thoughtful gift! LOVED that there was coffee available as well. Beautiful location to just relax, read, BBQ and enjoy the views. The only reason we didn't give a higher overall review really was beyond the owners control - the lake is pretty low so that took away from our overall experience . The hosts were first rate and very accommodating...thank you Brian & Nicole!

We had a great family vacation. We went to the Lake, and kayaked. The kids even learned how to SUP. We did use one of their kayaks. On July 4th, the family enjoyed movie night by the fire pit. The family chose "The Guardians of the Galaxy 2". We brought our projector and screen, and we set it out on the patio. We enjoyed the night watching the lake and movie. It was great to make the another family memorable vacation. Your place was great. We enjoyed the Lake cottage theme, and the simplesty of the white walls. We loved that it was family and pet friendly. We would rate your B&B 4 and 1/2 stars. It was an enjoyable and lovely cottage.We would definitely come back.

Honestly, this place exceeded every expectation. It is a beautiful, airy clean home with a gorgeous view. My whole family loved it and had a wonderful experience. Don’t miss out!

The off the beaten path location was great for a family escape after the holidays. The rooms were comfortable and the central space was great for playing games and movie night after a day of hiking local trails including Mt. Konocti! The hosts were immediate in their responses to our early concerns and all problems were rectified in minutes, most of which was regarding my ability to use the fireplace and heater! Thanks for a great vacation! Eric

The house was very clean, comfortable and organized. The scenery from the deck was magnificent. Unfortunately, because it was mostly rainy and cold at the time we were unable to take as much advantage as we would have wanted of the deck or its immediate access to the lake. However, since it was Christmas week anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed the indoors, especially the family room and fireplace. Our host, Scott, was very responsive to all our questions and needs, from the time we signed up and throughout our stay. We are considering returning perhaps in late spring or in the summer.
