Beds were not that comfortable

Great location! Very spacious, loved the backyard - multiple places to gather / share a meal. Very clean and accommodating!

Back room A/C was not cooling, made for a few uncomfortable nights of sleep as the temp never dropped below 77

Back deck. Decor and size. Quiet neighborhood. Master suite.

Both “complimentary dishwasher soap “ jars were empty. Trash from previous renters was still in the can in pantry. BBQ grill was not functioning.

Very spacious & comfortable house. I also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable & patio was so nice to enjoy breakfast.

The front door pad was a little difficult to access but I finally got the combination to lock & unlock correctly. Maybe a quick guide would be helpful.

The house and property were exceptional. There was so much space for our family to spread out and be comfortable. The yard was such a wonderful place for the kids and our dog. It couldn’t have been better.

allergic to pets - house definitely had animals recently so caused me to have to dose up on bendadryl

The A/C unit for the master bedroom was not working. We did not realize it wasn't until we woke the next morning and it was very humid while sleeping. We checked the thermostat and it was set on 74* but the temp in the room was 76*. Upon realizing the unit was running continuously without cooling, I contacted property mgmnt around 8 am. It wasn't until later that evening that someone responded. They were trying to give me instructions on what to do to fix the issue! All of those suggestions, we had already tried. Very disappointed in the response from property management on handling this situation.
