OUTSTANDING VIEWS of the Beaver Creek Ski Slopes from this IMMACULATE, fully furnished, two story, vaulted ceilings, 3 bed, 2 bath 1400 sq. foot unit located on Nottingham Lake! WINTER: Avon is the gateway to world renowned skiing at Beaver Creek Resort. A skier shuttle bus to Beaver Creek Village (Gondola/lift access) can be picked up from Nottingham Park on Lake Street (a very short walk from the unit). There are also several parking lots at the base of the mountain. We are only a short drive (10 minutes) from Vail mountain. SUMMER: Nottingham Lake serves as the central headquarters for Avon's summer activities in the park. The Town of Avon has partnered with Stand Up Paddle Colorado to offer recreation activities on the lake during the summer months from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. They offer pedal boat rentals, stand up paddle board rentals, and kayak rentals. There is also a large park/playground area for children. The Terrace at the Avon Performance Pavilion offers special events and music performances on Sunday nights by local musicians. Enjoy a spectacular sunset and great music while lounging on your SUP board or paddle boat on Nottingham Lake, the North shore beach or South lawn of the Pavilion. SunsetLIVE! is uniquely Avon and the perfect venue to wind down your weekend, so gather your friends and family, bring a lawn chair, picnic basket and prepare to enjoy a relaxing Rocky Mountain sunset! This unit is on the bus route to Beaver Creek, Vail and is walking distance to the Avon Recreation center, and Town shops, Restaurants. Cable TV and WI-FI.

We loved our time at Liz’s place. Clean, cozy, and beautiful view. Great layout for a family. Kitchen was well stocked and made meal-times easy. Fireplace was a favorite as we relaxed in the evenings after skiing at Beaver Creek.

We stayed here for a family ski vacation. This condo is very well appointed! The decor is everything you would want for a mountain condo. Wood burning fireplace, mountain views from every window. Immaculately clean upon our arrival. Well stocked kitchen and all amenities you could think of are here! Wish I lived closer, I’d definitely come back here!

The only thing that was unexpected was wenassumed there would central AC and there wasn’t. There were lots of fans and most nights cooked down nicely to have windows open but we would have preferred AC. Liz was a fabulous host and was super prompt at responding. My friend left some earrings accidentally and the cleaning crew contacted Liz and she offered to mail them. Dependable and honest!!

The property wonderful: clean, well-appointed kitchen, plenty of sleeping space, great view...and the Lego for my son was an added bonus! Getting to the slopes is extremely convenient: we drove 2 minutes to the Bear parking lot; took a shuttle bus 1 minute to the Lower Beaver Creek Express lift...we were on the lift in less than 15 minutes.

Nice condo with a nice view very close to Beaver Creek skiing and an easy drive to Vail . It was cold outside -9 but we were all cost and warm inside. It had everything you needed plus. Liz was a very good host and answered us quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this condo was great! Plenty of space, good location, and very clean. The covered parking in the snow was so appreciated too. Liz was awesome to work with and doesn’t have a list of 1000 check out rules and complications; just simply enjoy your stay, take out your trash, and act like a decent person who doesn’t destroy property. We would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks, Liz!

Perfect location for Skiing Famiky
We had 5 people stay in this unit and never felt like we were on top of each other. The view is terrific looking out to the slopes of Beaver Creek. The location of the home is a half mile to Bear parking lot at the base of Beaver Creek. Very easy commute as we had a rental car but bussing is available very close as well. We loved the fireplace and the included wood was a bonus! Kitchen is nicely appointed with all the utensils you would need. The covered park in g spot is great so you do not start your day clearing snow off the car. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is absolutely perfect for a family of four!!! The location is perfect and absolutely beautiful. The condo is clean and full of every amenity you could ask for. The views of the lake and surrounding area are awesome. The kitchen is full of every utensil and tool you could ask for. The owner is responsive and helpful in every step along the way. We will absolutely stay here again!!! So much to do and enjoy within steps this condo!

The property manager was timely with communication and very friendly. The property was clean and had everything needed to make your own food and drinks. They even had a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. We will definitely rent again in the future.
