Cook up tasty meals together in the full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar with room for four guests to enjoy a casual meal. As part of their stay, guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis court, and fitness center. THINGS TO KNOW A crib is available upon request. Beach towels are available upon request. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Very nice stay, clean, comfortable, super location a d supplied with everything we could need Only complaint is that upon arrival parking was not explained to us. We were not sure exactly where to park. We also found that the sliding door lock was completely inoperable so we were never able to lock the sliding doors. Otherwise fantastic stay and apartment.

I liked the fact that we were about 15 min from all the hustle and bustle of Duval St . The place was very clean and the outside surroundings and the pool .were very well maintained. . Parking was Convenient to the condo .

We spent the weekend in Key West for my girlfriend's birthday. The condo was very clean. The complex was quiet and the stay was relaxing. My only problem was parking. Especially after 10.

Condo was extremely clean, comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Our only issue was the coffee maker. It didn't work and we were disappointed to not have coffee in the mornings. Everything else was comfortable and as advertised. Great location. Will stay again.

The apartment was in a pretty good location, parking was easy (once we figured out it out when we first arrived - instructions are lacking from Vacasa), and check in was easy. It was a decent amount of space for six of us for a long weekend. Reasonably clean. Unfortunately the clothes washer/dryer and dishwasher did not function so that was a big bummer. Also there were limited kitchen amenities despite there being a full kitchen -- no pots or pans to cook with and no sponge to clean anything. It was okay for the price but you might be able to find much better.

We had a great experience during our stay! Condo is on the quieter side of island. It's a quick Uber to everything. The small grocery/ convenience store within walking distance was helpful for anything you need. Condo was very clean and plenty of space.

Location was nice for us because we biked into KW (about 5 miles) and on the Overseas highway (about .3 of a mi. from the condo.) Carpet in bedrooms was nice with tile in other areas. Nice furniture and comfortable beds (K and Q). Very clean, good kitchen supples for meal prep (but no spatula ☺️ and no longer do BnB’s have any condiments as in the past, so bring those). Adequate grill area available outside. Rate as a 10 out of 10.
