RV in Sturgis with full hook ups
About this house rental
We have a RV parked by our garage that has full hookups and will sleep 4. It has the 1 bedroom, a set of bunk beds, and of course the couch folds out and the table becomes a bed. We are renting this out mostly for the rally but would let someone rent it other times this summer. Capacity is 4 adults, or 2 adults with no more than 3 kids. We would like to have someone that has or knows how to use an RV as it is a little different than a house. This is absolutely a NON SMOKING camper. There will be an extra cleaning fee if you smoke in the camper.

Kim and Pat were fabulous hosts. They are very personable and laid back. Kim was super prompt when responding to my messages. Her and Pat welcomed us and four of our friends to cook dinner on their grill and eat on their deck. The RV was very clean, the beds were comfortable and, it included everything we needed and more. The little nightlight and water ready in the coffee pot were nice touches, even though we don't drink coffee. The welcome basket with bottled water, travel brochures, and local maps was cool too. Pat spent time chatting with us on several occasions during our 8 day stay but was never anywhere near intrusive. They shared their dog Chief and cat Scout and their daughter's dogs too, which helped me not miss my own dog so much. We came and went as we pleased with Kim and Pat's blessing and even had a driveway parking spot. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. We felt safe and at home. We are so happy we chose to stay in the RV at Kim and Pat's home and highly recommend it. We will absolutely do it again if we have an opportunity to return to South Dakota. This was a bittersweet trip, and Kim and Pat were sensitive to that situation. I cannot say enough good about our stay and the accommodations. It could not have been more perfect for us. Shouting out huge, hearty thanks and appreciation to a great couple who truly enhanced our trip!

I have never stayed in someone's camper that was parked in their drive, but this was far better than I had imagined it could be. Everything that could be provided was, from beer and grill on the back deck, to advice on which paths to take on a ride. Will definitely recommend this to anyone

We had a great time during our 4-night stay with Pat and Kim! Traveling to South Dakota with two teenagers, we quickly fell in love with their hospitality. Originally, we planned on buying camping gear before leaving home or staying in a sleeper cabin for the week (minimum accommodations and community bath houses).
We wanted a home base to explore the Black Hills of South Dakota and the surrounding areas, away from all the crowds - ideally without breaking the bank as well. Luckily, we found Pat and Kim’s property on VRBO, with plenty of space both inside and outside to rest after a long day; you could choose whether you wanted peace and quiet or sitting around a fire and chatting all night. This was a place that felt like home away from home, and it allowed us the unique opportunity to spend most of our money on exploration at sites we came for, instead of spending it on lodging and dining out.
The location of this VRBO was perfect for accessing Rapid City, Mt Rushmore, Sturgis, Custer State Park, Devil's Tower in Wyoming, and so much more! The landscape is incredible in this region for outdoor adventures and exploring. Kim and Ed were instrumental with suggesting scenic routes and attractions for our daily adventures throughout South Dakota.
We found the RV accommodations to be perfect. The neighborhood is residential and felt safe. The property is very clean and spacious, with lots of attention paid to detail. They provided everything we needed - there was an assortment of toiletries in the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, etc., along with a fully stocked kitchen. Our 14-year-old boys especially loved having a TV and Wi-Fi, allowing them to stream their favorite shows before bedtime. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent, which helped on the hot July days. Yet, the evening breeze allowed us to sleep a couple of nights with just open windows. Local Sturgis residents were above and beyond helpful with welcoming attitudes towards visitors.
We have never felt more so welcomed and highly recommend this stay! The owners were kind, sharing their time and knowledge without being intrusive. This was the perfect space to spend quality time with our family!
