Great property and location
Very roomy for two couples

The place was clean and had a nice location near downtown restaurants and events. My son and his friend enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Overall, nice amenties including the workout room.

Nice apartment in great location especially if coming into town for Vikings game. Convenient to stadium with a few fun places within a few blocks. We plan on looking at this property again next season.

Beautiful, immaculate, and while there was construction underway next door, the volume was not a problem for us. Unit is two blocks from metro light rail, making it economical and simple to get around the city. My single criticism regards parking arrangements. The parking garage is managed by a different organization. In navigating the website to purchase a multi-day parking pass, it is not clear to the purchase that the default QR code allows a single entry and departure. If you are using your car to navigate around the city, with multiple entries/exits to the garage, you will be in for an unpleasant surprise. That said, the customer service for the garage was responsive, and quickly rectified the dilemma. The rep's remarks to me were, "You certainly aren't the first person who has had this problem." All in all, it was a lovely stay and we would choose it again!

The property was very nice - clean, well equipped and in a great location. We utilized the gym and jacuzzi on the 8th floor frequently and only discovered the automatic espresso machine in the lobby late in our stay (was bummed that discovery was so late). There were a few issues. Our building entry code did not work and when the temperature is low teens, that’s a problem. It was eventually resolved. Fortunately we were able to tailgate another couple into the building after a bit of standing around. The door code to the apartment worked fine. Finally, two chairs in the family room are broken down and need replaced. That said, all in, we enjoyed the apartment and it’s location and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Stay in Downtown Minneapolis

*Extra-firm, king-sized beds
CONs:
* Bedrooms are in desperate need of blackout curtains to allow for sleep in a downtown (always bright) space.
* If you have smokers in your party: No smoking or vaping allowed outside on the balcony. This balcony rule isn't stated anywhere until after you book.
* Lists "Parking" as an amenity, however don't mistake this for "free parking". Pay $75 separately to book 3 day parking pass. I had assumed parking to be included, oops. Kind of wished the listing made it clear.
* While beautiful, the apartment furniture (dining room chairs, sofa) aren't all that comfortable for lounging around. However bed mattress is extremely firm...which I personally loved.

Parking in the attached garage ($25/night) was EXTREMELY convenient, and touchless. Parking is paid online and a QR code is emailed to scan in/out of automated gates.
