This spacious home will sweep you away with three bedrooms, two baths, outdoor space and Ocean Pines character. The main level offers a living room, kitchen that opens to dining area, one bedroom and full bath. The second story has the additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as a private balcony overlooking the backyard. Coffee maker and Keurig provided. Enjoy the rewards of an Ocean Pines resort. The community boasts five swimming pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis, several lakes, parks, playgrounds, walking trails and excellent restaurants. Just a short drive to the OC beaches, Assateague Island National Seashore, The Ocean Downs Casino and historic Berlin. Access to the community indoor and outdoor pools is available by purchasing passes from the Ocean Pines Association. Pets welcomed with a paid fee!

Quiet, pet-friendly place to stay. Had a wonderful trip.

Photos show a large drive stated for 3 vehicles ,unless diving a smart car not possible. House was very dirty, spent half first day cleaning. Then had to go buy ant traps. House layout was nice. Yard was best part just had to watch for dog poop from previous renters while trying to clean up after ours. But we cleaned it also, why not?? Driveway maybe 20 long and 15 wide at widest point. Overpriced for what it is, oh and Realty company said not sure how to avoid running to OC for keys funny maybe could use lock box located on rear deck. Or have one of realtors slouched in their chairs talking on phone deliver key, many options if they wanted to

Everything was nice as listed. Beds were comfy, hot water for everyone. TV’s in living room, 2 bedrooms, none in kids room. Kitchen was stocked for cooking. There were seasonings but no salt. Wifi worked well. No ice maker. There was a cooler for the beach and ice packs and ice trays. We got the linen package. Plenty of bath towels, crab hammers, no bugs around. Overall great stay.

The master bathroom was very small. Didn’t know until after we booked we had to go into Ocean City to pick keys up and return at a real estate/rental company.

The cleaning of the property is what caused the less than 5 stars. Bath products were left in the shower, towels were still in the dryer and the coffee pot was disgusting. There was also food in the sink. So it makes my think the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms were not cleaned or these items would have been discovered and addressed

The house was very nice, the pictures were a bit deceiving, the house was much bigger.

The home was great. Cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. The rental agency we easy to deal with from check in to check out. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog! Hope to stay there again.
