Conveniently located just 4 blocks to the beautiful beach, and only steps away from downtown restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and train station, our house offers brand new amenities in contemporary style and a large private back yard with a grill and outdoor area to relax after a hot beach day. We have 6 beach badges, chairs & umbrellas, two boogie boards, and five bicycles you can use to get around town. Our clean and spacious house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 1 bedroom with twin over full bunk bed with a trundle (great for 4). The house can easily accommodate two families with kids or a total of 8 people, with any additional person at an extra charge (please inquire with the owner). The living room is the perfect space for the entire family to be together with a huge Smart TV, comfy couches, and an open-concept floor plan that includes the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all supplies & appliances. Freshly cleaned bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience. During the peak summer season, we are trying to rent for a full week, although 4 days is a minimum requirement. Please kindly note that parties and events are not allowed at this property.
