What a wee gem. Spotless, warm and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Arthur the host is great to deal with, very responsive, lots of information in the room from great places to eat and explore.

Everything was just fine - in fact totally awesome!

The unit was lovely and comfortable. It didn't take long to heat up the place as it was cold outside. Shame it was raining as the outdoor area looked lovely. Nice and quite place.

Arthur was a warm and thoughtful host. Everything I needed was provided and some nice extras like fresh milk and sunny courtyard.

Cozy little place. Check-in was easy as you like. Nice touch of the host Arthur to include his travel souvenirs and his journal in the room to know about him.

The washing sink was a little small which could be a problem if you have bigger stuff of your own to wash. It isn't a problem for the cutlery that is already provided though. We didn't find a fan, but didnt need it as it wasn't hot the night we stayed, so didn't bother Arthur

Excellent communication with owner prior to arriving. Bed was very comfortable and clean fresh linen. Bathroom was a good size and fresh, clean and well presented. Nice luxurious carpet throughout. Good seating area outside which was perfect for the glorious weather we had. Excellent off road parking available. Recycling facilities available. Only downside was the kitchen and lack of hob/oven, utensils, chopping board, good knives for chopping etc only a sink fridge and microwave. If weather is not conducive to sitting outside there isnt a table and chairs so you have to eat off lap on the sofa.

Well appointed, clean, quiet, all we needed for our stay and we will definitely stay again when in Dunedin.

Awesome little apartment.. Staying here with my husband for only one night and it was lovely.. The room so clean and tidy, bed so comfortable, and the amenities is super complete. And the location is perfect. Close to CBD, and very close to the St. Clair beach which is awesome beach in the city (you can see seal sandbathing during day time too) . If this apartment were available on our first day arrived in Dunedin (we arrived on 25/12), we will be staying here since. But unfortunately this apartment available after we finish our holiday trip ,so only has a chance to stay for a night before we leaving Dunedin.. But well, we will be staying in this apartment again someday if we visit Dunedin.. Thank you..
