The property was immaculate, with everything you need and more. The location was excellent. The host couldn’t haven any more accommodating. The lady next door was the sweetest. The terrace was a bonus. It is the most luxurious and nicest apartment I think I have ever rented. Everything was the best of quality.

Beautiful spacious house with a terrace and within walking distance to the beach. Clean, modern, each room with a bathroom. We are very pleased with the stay.

Its quite new and had comfortable beds

No shampoo and conditioners were provided but just one soap dispenser for one of the 3 bedrooms. when we contacted the host saying that toiletries were meant to be provided and that we needed changes of towels during our stay they said our towels were to be washed by ourselves or that there was a charge of 10euro per extra towel. one garbage bag, one toilet paper roll and one washing for the dishwasher and washing machine only were provided for our stay and when we queried why the host said that that was what they could provide. overall for the steep price we paid we expected better treatment and a warmer welcome from the host. the villa lacks a pool and is shared with overhead accommodation so its more like a 3 bedroom apartment. the curtains also let in too much light and you cant seal the room from the outdoor night lights.

The Villa is immaculately kept, spacious and modern, exactly like the photos and very secure and private. There is everything you need, bedding, towels, air con, kitchen equipment and the cleaner came to clean and change bedding and towels. The garden is beautiful and lovely area to sit and relax in the evening. The owner was so kind and accommodating, can’t wait to return. The area is a small beach town, beaches are amazing and within walking distance. There is a mini supermarket which also has everything you need and not badly priced. There are restaurants around, slightly more expensive than in Olbia. The bus to Olbia is every 40mins or so and costs 1 euro, do note that the last bus back is at 7.30pm. There is also a great bakery but get there early it’s very popular.
