Location, provided everything. Very comfy beds

All the cutlery we used was dirty or greasy, would’ve liked the window glazed so when you have the blinds up you don’t see inside as we had everyone that walked past look in was abit uncomfortable.

Spacious, clean, good facilities especially in the kitchen.

Need more pegs for the line.

A Flyscreen on the entry door would have been nice to let in the fresh air and hear the birds but keep the bugs out.

Dishwasher very unreliable, wording on control panel rubbed off, so difficult to use. We ended up hand washing all the dishes. Lounge suite stained and uncomfortable, needs updating.

Property advised 30mins before check in, "not to fill the spa bath as it would flood the property" With only a 3 night stay booked at the property, and the owners requesting we be available to let the trade person in, inorder to, "potentially fix the spa bath" during our stay, my husband and I elected not to stay or even check in to the property. The owner would not refund a single cent of the amount we paid (via Booking.com $807), saying we should take it up with booking.com. Booking.com only refunding their 20% commission to us, saying if the owner doesn't want to refund you, even though they absolutely believe he should have, given the circumstances and state of his property,, then there is nothing they can do. This is an appalling policy by Booking.com, whom show no desire to represent properties with integrity. I will never book through booking.com again, despite being a genius member, and most certainly would like everyone to know how disgusting this property owner is, for being so greedy by not refunding our money when his property was not up to standard at the time of check in, given we were only a 3 night stay... absolute greed on his behalf.
