We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful everything was clean well taken care of any questions we had the host answered immediately. Check-in was easy check out was easy. My only complaint is our time went so fast. We enjoyed it so much. We will be sure to book again.

The condo was all that we could have asked for. Great location on a private deadend street with pool access and great amenities. Loved the beachy decor. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and spotless our checkin was smooth even for arriving late from our travels. They even had toiletries available if we were in need. Loved how close we were to the beautiful town of Southport. We took many walks right into down town. Would definitely stay here again!!

Broken living room blinds so no privacy. No bath soap or shampoo provided. No shaving mirror …no handhold for safety to get into shower. The bed linens were cheap poly blend scratchy and miserable and pillows were cheap foam chunks and poly fill. Very uncomfortable. Problem with dishwasher. The unit was very clean and good location.

Very clean condo and plenty of space for two people. Nicely decorated with anything needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood that's within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Quiet condo community in downtown Southport. Walkable to shops, restaurants and riverfront. Very clean and nicely decorated home. Comfortable set up and well stocked kitchen. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!

Condo is lovely and spacious. It is decorated so nicely. The bedrooms are big with nice closets. It is a quick walk to cute shops and restaurants. We drove to two beaches and they were lovely.

After a very sad loss, my sister and I needed to escape for just a few days. It was just what we needed! The people in Southport are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever experienced! We had wonderful walks to the riverfront, visited the museums, and even scooted on down to historic fort Anderson/Brunswick town. Such a nice little get away! This condo was immaculate and comfy! The owner was a delight to deal with. Super good location and very quiet.

The place was decorated super nice. Great location as well. Easy short drive to the water and shops or you could make a decent walk even if you wanted too. Only 2 complaints are unsure where to park? The unit number I stayed at was c but the parking was labeled 1-12 so nothing added up, so I parked around the corner so i wasn't in anyone's spot. And secondly the main bedrooms bed is quite small and soft. Not sure of the size but it's smaller than a queen, so for large people this is not your best option, you will not be comfortable. Overall great place and location though, very clean, we enjoyed our time bed aside.

The condo was awesome and the owner was great. The location is spectacular and you can walk to almost anywhere you want in Southport. The only trouble we had I accidentally locked us out and we didn’t know it until around 11 at night and when we couldn’t contact the owner I tried calling VRBO customer service and they were useless. They kept saying they were going to help us but kept transferring me to another department then hang up on me. Other than that and having to spend money on a hotel that we wasn’t expecting it was a great experience.

Small glitch getting in with digital lock but the owner talked us through it with a great attitude. Nice complex with pool, very good home base for heading out to downtown Southport, Oak Island, taking a Ferry to Fort Fisher. Very clean and quiet town. Family friendly.

Condo was marvelous but pictures showed waterway. We had to jump in the car to go to see the ocean or intercoastal waterway. Never saw manager.

The location is excellent. The condo is very tastefully decorated in a coastal decor without being "overdone" This unit is very well stocked in the kitchen/bath. The host very thoughtfully had a basket of little items that you might forget which makes for a nice touch. We only used the master bedroom but 2nd bedroom would hold additional 3 people. Overall would highly recommend.
