Very close to prime shopping, popular restaurants, and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property next to the house. Se Habla ESPANOL The space La Casita is very cozy and is located in a peaceful place. It features everything new, form ceiling fans, to kitchen appliances, to A/C with heat to washer and dryer as well as furniture. The patio / backyard has everything you need to spend quiet time while cooking on the BBQ grill. The outdoor ambient lights will make a perfect scenario to enjoy the evening. Guest access Access to shared swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. Other things to note There are USB ports in the kitchen by the stove and also on the back of the end table in the living room. Moreover, there is a body of water near by. Please have an adult to be supervising the children at all the time while playing in the backyard.

I loved the place! The only downside was we arrived after dark and our Uber driver had to help us find it. A brighter light showing the house numbers would be appreciated. I plan on using this Vrbo again! Jorge was quick to answer any questions. The bed was really comfy.

My stay at La casita was perfect, everything was exactly as pictured. The check in process is fast and easy. The property manager was quick to answer any questions and was very kind. La casita is in a good location and was near plenty of good food spots as well. My partner & I had an amazing time and will be staying again ◡̈

It is on a nice quiet street but yet close to everything. There is a nice pool with a nice jacuzzi just a couple of minutes walk away. I use the pool for exercise so I don't mind the walk at all. Also the place was super nice and the stacked washer/dryer that was in there I thought was going to be tricky but it actually does a whole load of clothes and is the best washing machine I have ever used! My clothes got really clean and it almost spins them dry! That gets a "wow" from me. That you get an entire house with a full size fridge and an oven, nice living room and a separate bedroom for this kind of price is amazing considering the mediocre hotels in the area charging anywhere from $150 to $280 a night for rooms that that only have a mini fridge and a microwave. This is such a good deal. The host was great and answered all of my questions almost immediately, I almost don't like leaving this great of a review because it will be all booked up next time i am in town! The air conditioners were awesome and got the place cooled down fast. I also like the locked door that doesn't require any key that you have to worry about losing. The only critique I would have about the place is vegetable bins in the refrigerator needed a little dusting out. Other than that it was nice to have an entire house to yourself with the full size fridge and an oven. And the price is unbelievable.

The stay and the unit was great. It's very comfortable with 2 ac units, and very close to the non-airport location of Enterprise. My only complaint is that the wifi cuts in and out. Otherwise it's perfect

We had a comfortable stay at La Casita. It was impeccably clean when we arrived, and the views in the backyard were perfect. Communication with the manager was great, I got a response with 24hrs. We had a bit of a struggle with the door lock but managed to figure it out eventually. We will return next time we’re in Brownsville.
