Very difficult to find anything to criticise. Parking could have been an issue but the owners supplied resident parking permits on demand

the property was beautifully decorated and amazingly comfortable. they thought of everything we could possibly need in regards to having the easiest most comfortable stay.

There was an unfortunate issue with a broken lock upon arrival and we were unable to gain access to the property. This wasn't a problem as there was help onsite from the wonderful waiter at the Alvaros restaurant. He contacted Ian when he was unable to open the door for us and Ian arrived within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. When it was evident that the lock wasn't going to open, Ian arranged alternative accommodation. Whilst I can't rate the Alvaros apartment facilities we were very happy with the alternative accommodation at the Tower Apartments. Ian's customer service was exceptional and a potentially frustrating situation was dealt with in a speedy, professional and friendly manner.

Apartment lovely and clean. Very comfortable.

Parking in that area is now via permit. It would be helpful if owners got vouchers from council or else you could end up parking quite a way from the apartment.

Easy instructions to access the property and when inside it was all as advertised. Very clean and there was a useful instruction manual. Would certainly try to use again if in the area.

Great modern apartment with everything you need. Host was friendly and helpful. Location is close to the sea and the train station. Worth staying again.

Check in procedure was straightforward and convenient. This is my 2nd time to stay in this accommodation as I was very satisfied with my previous stay.
