Location. Size

Not clean on arrival. Needs a deep clean, like under furniture. A chair in living room should be thrown out, very nasty.

This property was a great find. The location was terrific - a 10 minute walk to downtown or the beach. The house was a perfect size for our group of 5 adults, a teen and an infant. The house was very clean and the room air conditioners and fans worked well. A bonus was a little computer desk where we could set up our laptop.

These were only minor inconveniences for us, but there are a few things that could be added in the kitchen: 1. more cereal-size bowls; 2. some juice glasses (all of the ones there were tall/large); and 3. a rimmed baking sheet to use for cookies, french fries, etc.

Close proximity to everything and house had mostly everything we needed.

All floors were EXTREMELY slippery. Myself along with my kids, husband and parents slipped all week. I also slipped and fell down the stairs because they were so slick. Floors are so creaky that you can’t walk anywhere in the house without waking everyone up. 

It was very beautiful and clean - bigger than we though too!! Only a ten minute walk to the pier.

A grill and a picnic table would have been nice but we were so busy we may not have used it anyway!

We did own meals

No breakfast. House was charming and quiet. You can walk to beach.
