Owner is fab, so welcoming and friendly.
Room was basic, but clean and comfortable.
Location to the festival we were going to was good.

The owner/staff were extremely friendly and helpful, location was brilliant for walking along to Windsor Castle and town, aswell as only a few minute drive from Legoland Resort!
It was a bit too noisy and lacking in amenities once cafe is closed, as there is no kettle in rooms or hair dryers for those with long hair!

Rooms recently refurbished, yet several details and touches are missing making it feel "unfinished".
Safety is not guaranteed, as the main door is left open and door locks are not strong.
Sound insulation is terrible, meaning privacy and quietness are limited.

Its amazing value for money, the room is clean and lovely bathroom, which is new, and quiet. The owner is friendly and very helpful.
They just need to change the carpets, they are worn and old and put lampshades in the bedrooms, didn't like a naked light.

convenient location and good breakfast - really lovely staff and the breakfast was tasty, needed another sausage and rasher of bacon..
no cups and tea and coffee making facilities in the room that I could see. No glass to get water or water available. shower hard

Breakfast was ok .
Shower needs a fan because steam goes to the back of bed causing damp and mould. This is dangerous for me as I suffer from asthma and could die after an attack. Room was cold.

Excellent location. Exactly what you pay for. A great place. Yes dated and in need of fresh paint and carpet, but for the price you can't complain. Ultimately clean sheets, bed, and bathroom is all great. Good breakfast, friendly owner. For a place to lay your head as you explore Windsor for a cheap night it's ideal.

Good location friendly helpful staff, free parking
The entrance was very dated with an open bathroom that needed replacing. The banisters were sticky and the carpet in the cooridoors and stairs plus our room was old dirty and sticky, the bathroom in our room was brand new so maybe it's under refurbishment.
