Amazing views from the balcony directly onto the Pine Walk and out to the sea. The furniture was very good quality and in very good condition.

Both toilets were poor flushing - took up to 6 attempts to flush. Shower in en-suite great. shower in second bathroom very poorly maintained. both shower heads need deep clean or replacing. shower trap had not been cleaned for some time. this caused flooding on first use and I had to clean it clear of soap and hair build up. I did report this by email and the cleaners attended shortly after. The third bedroom smelt very musty especially inside the wardrobes - but could not see any signs of damp. probably needs airing.
